Nick has a fantastic eye to maximize efficiency and beauty in small spaces, and placed spice racks in my kitchen I never would have thought of! Prior to the job, we talked and decided on the look I wanted, and he gave me some great suggestions. He never tried to oversell me on any part of the project, which I really appreciated, but he will give you his expert opinion when you ask for it - and I did, several times! He is big on communication and lets you know what is going to happen next. His crew did a very professional job of cleaning up the work spaces as we were living in the house when the renovation took place. I get soooo many compliments on both my kitchen and bathroom. I would would use them again on any other major project. I am very particular and pay attention to detail and Nick and his crew made sure I was happy.

IF I COULD GIVE O STARS, I WOULD…read more When we met with Nick Sanchez, he told us he would restore our home to its pre-loss condition. We trusted him to complete the job. Instead, he abandoned the job during my pregnancy and shortly after we had paid him more than $19,000, leaving unfinished work and subcontractor issues that needed correction. He informed our insurance company that the project was 98% complete, even though work remained unfinished and some work required correction. He later filed a civil lawsuit against us seeking payment that we dispute, including amounts we maintain had already been paid, mitigation payment, and amounts for work that was not completed. Before he abandoned the job, at his direction, we met his wife, Carmen Fimbres, at their bank to deposit a check payment. The check was processed, and we have documentation of that payment. The amount is nevertheless included in the money he is seeking from us. Communication was also difficult. He expected his calls to be answered immediately. On more than one occasion, after I returned his call, he spoke to me in a harsh, raised tone and said, "Do you have a problem with me?!" We are now dealing with the stress of an unfinished project and a lawsuit over money we believe was already paid. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Nicholas Sanchez Jr. or NS Construction.

I'm embarrassed to say that soon after I thought I had another plumbing issue and of course I was upset, thinking the job wasn't done right the first time. To my surprise, I was in the wrong (it was such an easy fix I'm too embarrassed to say LOL) but the same two gentlemen came back, again friendly and efficient. They explained that there was no problem (which there wasn't!) and they were very understanding! I don't think I would be so understanding if I were in their shoes hahaha. I am very grateful to them for their patience with me!! Definitely 5 star customer service and work! Thank you guys!!

We were lucky to have been referred to them by way of our American Home Shield policy - both having been needed and used for the first time for faulty upstairs toilet/plumbing issues. In view of the current CoronaVirus | COVID19 situation return calls and service assessments and completed repairs were made in a timely manner. In addition their assessment discovered an issue that may have become a larger plumbing issue that CLEAN RITE DRAIN SERVICE mitigated for us with our American Home Shield. We were very grateful that they also upheld and observed every necessary COVID19 protocol and etiquette wearing masks, requesting everyone in the household do the same and did minimal contact of indoor spaces. The entire CLEAN RITE DRAIN SERVICE team - from the office return callers, Ridge who made the initial visit to assess and Julio who made the two install/service calls were prompt and explained the service that they'd be providing and more importantly kept American Home Shield apprised of the work needed. Julio was exceptional in the courtesy, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy/neat /clean work he delivered both times for each bathroom -- Plus my dogs liked him and they don't like anyone lol Thank you - I will always recommend your plumbing operation!
