OUR SERVICE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER! I'm sorry to have to post this 2.5 STAR, because the workers were friendly, and the office staff was available. Karla (office) & AL (project manager) were our first contacts, and were friendly, accommodating, and enjoyable to work with! The TILE guy he sent did a perfect job re-tiling the repair :-) The BATHROOM guy & his wife did a great job restoring the bathroom :-) The KITCHEN guys... did a good job installing the cabinets, BUTTTT... didn't re-install the appliances correctly, mis-aligning and causing scuff marks on the new cabinets and appliances (unbelievable), and left without correcting them. I had to call several times (and withhold final payment) before we got a response. And sorry to say their 'finish-work' was sloppy :-ooo! We requested a 'finish-up' to resolve unfinished work several times (over the holidays). I should not have to fine-tune their quality or their workmanship, which by the way, was quite expensive (paid by insurance). The CREW... did NOT fine tune the clean-up, leaving several screws in my driveway :-#@... which we found before causing a flat tire on one of my vehicles. Service was NOT terrible, but we needed & expected BETTER!!! read more

Scammers call me on my landline phone and when I say I'm not interested, all you get is click!! Not very professional! But just an FYI to these morons, if I need something done to my house, I won't be doing it with some random person that calls ME on the phone! I called Top builders to get an estimate on a soft drawer installation. They said that they would send Al to my house on Thursday to give me a quote. Al doesn't show up on Thursday so I call them and they said that he was with another customer and had to reschedule for the next day. No problem, I rescheduled for the next day at 5pm. Again, he doesn't show up so I call his cell number from his business card. He says that he forgot about the appointment and will come in 30 minutes. Two hours later and he doesn't show so I text him and no answer. The following week I get a call from their office saying they're not sure what happened but they'll reach out to Al and get back to me. I never heard back from them. I can't comment on their quality of work, but this was very unprofessional. If they can't even show up for a 15 minute quote, how can I trust them to show up for work? read more

First solicited call came in Father day which fell on a Sunday. I explain that it was not a good time. Caller hung up, called a few days later which I could not answer at the time. Received another call and stated that I was not interested in their services and did not request a quote. The caller proceeded to cuss me out said go F** yourself flake! WTH who does this? Not a professional company. I was so upset I called the company back to explain the rude call and the person I spoke to said go F** yourself as well. I would never use a company that acts like this just because you nicely say you are not interested. I do not care how good or bad they are I would never hire a company that has people talking to potential customers this way. I also read someone else review on how they do not even show up when you do request a physical quote. Bad way to run a business they will not stay open with this type of performance so I would avoid them. Short time company's have bad work with little to no warranty. Can't go bad and complain if they are out of business !! read more
