They will no show on the initial site meet up. You have to baby sit them through the whole project and good luck meeting with them for the next phase of the project; they will avoid you at all cost. I asked to have the electrical pulled to the end of my kitchen island so I would have it on both sides, instead they CUT the wire costing me HUNDREDS to correct their mistake.They were supposed to repaint my entire bottom floor, which is a great room, but since I went with the same color they painted one wall, but charged me for the full project. Painting?! They ruined my brand new chandelier with paint even though they charged me to take it down, they also charged me to remove EACH vertical blind even though, you guessed it, there was paint on those too! Got my final bill and was charge 3k for "miscellaneous expenses" when I questioned them they couldn't tell me what they charge was for and immediately revised the bill. Good luck getting a final walk through, I never got one, even after repeatedly asking for one, but they are quick to threaten to send you to collections. AVOID this company at all costs!!

Once he was able to diagnose the cause, Isaack sourced a hard-to-find/backordered component through his network of contacts and went far above and beyond in tracking one down so that I'd have service restoration within 24 hours (vs potential weeks of lead time). Additionally, he was in constant communication and provided clear and easily understandable updates on technical matters both over the phone and via text messages. It's rare to find this level of pure customer service and attentiveness in the Valley, and I was extraordinarily pleased with the results. Quoted rates are reasonable and transparent, especially considering the exceptional level of service/care provided. I cannot recommend Isaack and Master Pro enough.

In August, we received and accepted a quote for new countertops and some floor replacement. Someone…read morecame out and measured for the countertops and floor. Shortly after that we were told the job would be done "before the end of October", then it change to "before Thanksgiving", then to "before Christmas". After I posted a negative review, I received a call that they could start our job next Monday. I don't believe anything they say and I have no faith in their ability to deliver, so I'll get another contractor. I would love to have had the work done in October as originally planned.

We recently had them come out because we had no hot water. The plumber that came out took a look at…read moreit saw the water leak detector, did a quick Google search then have up on that. Then he tried to relight the pilot light and failed then said we needed a new water heater. We agreed and he came back that afternoon and installed the new one. When I got home from work we did not have hot water. I called the next day (Saturday) and they sent out the on call plumber. Between me and him we determined it was the leak detector that had a bad sensor. I temporarily removed the sensor and we had hot water. Total cost of the replacement sensor was $20 on Amazon. We had to pay $1600 for the new water heater with install. Most likely we did not need a new water heater. I am not a happy (now former) customer.
