Old house with old air conditioner, we could see lots of dollar signs. It was the compressor (yikes)!. He called his supplier, fortunately they had one in stock. Gave us a quote way below another estimate my mother-in-law had gotten and had it installed and the air conditioning working by 11:15 am. He was so pleasant and caring of my elderly mother-in-law.
