I highly recommend this lovely facility in Rossford! My nail technician, Courtney, always does a beautiful job on my nails. I have the "structured," which adds strength to my nails, and a French manicure. My nails look great! I usually have Mary do my pedicure, and she does a beautiful job also. Though somewhat pricey, I am always pleased when I leave, so that makes the difference to me. All the girls who work here are friendly and very nice also. read more

I waited a whole entire year to get into this salon. At the time I got my gift card they were not accepting new clients at any of the locations, Maumee, Rossford, Sylvania. I couldn't wait to get in! I made the appointment waited another two months just to get in for a set of gel nails and to have my daughter get a mini manicure. My daughter's nail polish didn't last two days! Come off in the pool very next day! My gel set was horrible! It's not even two weeks of having them on three are lifting. I called the salon on that following Monday to discuss that I was unhappy with the service.., they offered me to fix them free of charge. I waited another two days! It's Wednesday now I go in for what I thought was going to be a whole new set of nails. The nail tech told me that they had only scheduled me to fix one nail. Excuse me! Why would I waste my time for one nail? I did however make another appointment to get them redone but I had to wait a whole month and pay 80 bucks again. I wasn't thinking and told them I would wait. Unfortunately I give this place no stars. I took both of my granddaughters for manicures and the result was a disaster. Both girls ended up with bleeding cuticles and poor workmanship on the nails. The technician claimed that my one granddaughter was probably anemic because her skin was so thin. I didn't realize how bad it was until we left with my one granddaughter having two bandaged fingers. Eight of them were bleeding. They did give me additional Band-Aids to carry in my purse. This was to be a special gift to my granddaughters and it turned out to be a disaster. I'm very antsy about people touching my feet, but due to pregnancy, I've been unable to reach them myself, so I definitely needed the help! Zero customer service.Informed the receptionist that I do gel pedicures and was told NO you can pay more for less service because our girls are on a time limit .I had gel on prior that was 6 weeks old literally took 3 minutes to come off .With this zippy pedicure I was done in 35 minutes while my two friends who had regular pedicures received a massage where finished after me !!!! I received no massage and minimal work .WHAT A JOKE ! Pay double and receive less .How did they win best nail salon is beyond me because every time I have ever gone in it has been the worst experience ever . sadly I had a really bad experience. I got a full set of dip on fingers and a pedicure and it came out to about $200 with the tip. absolutely astronomical prices. and after spending that much the nails didn't even come out great. two of my nails are a completely different shape than the rest. the nail lady wasn't even going to put a tip on the two nails that were way shorter than the rest which I find super weird. She was going to just leave the two nails a completely different length than the rest. I had to ask her myself to put a tip in them and she proceeded To tell me they usually don't put tips on with dip which is so weird because I've been doing that for years when I am living in Florida. I still can not believe how expensive it was for a mani and pedi. never in my life have I paid even close to that much and I'm coming from one of the most expensive areas in southern florida. I am so upset that I wasted that much money on mediocre nails. I would definitely go somewhere else because this place is very overpriced and the service does not live up to it at all. I've been seeing Cati at JKNS for a couple of months now. Cati always takes her time and gives me exactly what I want. She is this first nail tech I've seen in the area who has done nail art for me and she is very good at it. I come from a bigger city and am really picky about my nails and she's been the only person to do them and have them turn out so well. She's always super sweet and very professional. She makes me feel relaxed and welcomed every time I'm in to see her. Go see Cati, she's amazing! This is also the only nail spa in the area I'm aware of that will do gel polish on your toes. read more

I was naive about what the removal of dip powder would do to your nails. I had several dips and they all looked great. But the removal of the powder by that dremmel/sander weakens the nail and mine are falling off. No one at the salon warned me about this. I won't be able to get a decent manicure until my nails grow completely out again. I was offered a free service but I said I wanted my money back and they said they don't give refunds. For $40+ I would expect a much higher quality pedicure. This was an incredibly basic pedicure. My feet were still rough and the massage was meh. It was nice, but was it worth $100 before tip, absolutely not! My gel nail polish chipped within a few days, the salon was nice enough to fix them with no charge, however, the next day, even more chipped and started to peel off. read more

I am not one to usually get my nails done in a salon. I take pride in the fact that I can do them myself, but as a treat I decided to come and get a simple gel manicure. I was satisfied with my service and my nails looked really nice but hours later I noticed bubbles on the surface of my nails, I just decided to ignore it. The next morning I woke up to the edge of one of my nails starting to peel. Not even 24 hours after my appointment! I called hoping for something in return and they offered to fix it the next day. I went in and then the same week another nail began to peel. I am not a hands on person and a gel manicure should last 2 weeks not two days. Trying to make an appointment with the Rossford JKNA location has been a nightmare. I have tried to get in for a balance and polish for several weeks that would be within a reasonable time frame. After being placed on hold for a considerable amount of time they were not able to accommodate me. I decided to stop into the location. The receptionist tried to schedule my for sometime last month before it was corrected to 2/8/2019 at 11:00. I received a message that morning informing me I had to reschedule because the tech was not coming in and to call back. Being placed on hold again I was told that my reschedule would have to be on 2/13/2019. I hound this to be totally unacceptable and canceled completely and went looking for another solon. read more

Horrible experience and won't be going back. I had a pedicure done and the polish they use is junk. It's their own polish, and it is thick and doesn't dry correctly. I got home and realized that it was still tacky and if you touched it, you'd leave finger prints on your toes. I called and they did have me come back the next day to fix them.....great, so I thought. The same exact thing happened. I sat there for 30 min. after she finished and it was still as tacky as it was the day before. They had all sorts of excuses (it was too hot out...but I was in the cool AC inside their building, it needed 24 hours to dry...but it hadn't dried the day before and it had been over 24 hours...they told me I had to put my feet under the AC in my car to dry them, etc....). I've had pedicures at all sorts of places and I've never left with my nails tacky, let alone never dry after 24 hours! They said they could repaint them, but I already wasted 2.5 hours of my weekend and why would I have it done again only to do the same thing?? They didn't offer to refund my money or even offer an apology. Don't waste your time or money. read more

I was part of a bridal party that came in for an appointment July 15th. I have to say, we are very disappointed with not only how we were cared for while in your salon, but the work that you felt fine sending us out with for a wedding. The brides left ring finger was cut, and all of us, the morning of the wedding, less than 24 hours after leaving the salon, talked about how are gel nail polish was already chipped on hands and toes. We each paid 80+ dollars for our services and the quality of the work that was done is not even close to being worth that. Nails were filed uneven and we were repeatedly told you did not have time for us. We made appointments weeks in advance and none of us received what we asked for. We understand there was a shortage of staff and we understand that was beyond the staff's control. But myself and the mother of the bride and another bridesmaid waited 45+ minutes to be taken care of. I've never seen service given so slow. Half of the bridal party lives out of state and would not be able to return for our services fixed. And honestly, wouldn't want to based on our care. To say we were all disappointed is a severe understatement and hope that you all can see that we were not taken care of the way we expected for the high rating your establishment has. read more

This salon is absolutely stunning..the front desk receptionist was very kind, BUT this place is SUPER over priced for the quality of work me and my girls received. I was charged $130 for an adult pedicure and manicure, then two little girls nails and toes painted. I'm ok with that price as long as the quality is good, but trust me this was FAR from good. The technicians kept putting something in the nail polish to make more nail polish somehow, this was happening with every single polish we picked out (they DEFINITELY need to restock their supplies). Also there was literally ONE bottle of silver glitter polish in the whole place! All the technicians kept using this one bottle on multiple people. Also my "massage" for my hands and feet was the WORST I have ever had. My technician made it quite clear how much she hated nail polish and cuticle oil, which is probably why my massage was horrible. When she finished painting my nails (knowing they were wet) I had to call my child over to get my purse since she didn't offer to help me to the dryers. After we left the salon, within a hour all of our nail polishes started coming off (not chipped, then entire nail of polish came right off). No, we were not doing anything crazy either that would cause it to come off, we just went to lunch and shopping. When I called the salon to tell them this, they refused to give me a refund. They said we could come back in and get repainted, but I was literally there for 3 hours and didn't have time to go back. We are a military family and wanted a good experience while we were visiting the area (which we are leaving and this is why I needed a refund not another paint job I had zero time for), but this was seriously the worst!
