From the moment you check in, you are treated kindly and as though you are a person- not a client. The team is thorough and compassionate and walk you through the entire process. I had the slightest wait afterwards to be in seen by the PA and the staff member who brought me into my examine room apologized for the wait, but also informed me that the results look great and the doctor would just be a few more minutes...this may sound small, but waiting for the results is stressful and it put me at ease. The PA, Kruti McDonald was absolutely WONDERFUL. She spent time listening and talking to me and didn't rush at all. She was thorough, knowledgeable and TOOK HER TIME-- again, made me feel as though I mattered, my concerns mattered and that she honestly cared. I really can't recommend MBC enough.
