I have several audio recordings of each and every individual appointment I had with this doctor to backup my claim. Audio doesn't lie, but Dr. Sheybani does. From day one it was nothing but lies, after lies, after bad advice, after more bad advice. He sent me to three different independent orthopedic surgeons, disregarding their orders that surgery was not an option. Even then, he continued to shop me around to additional orthopedic surgeon until he would be able to find one who would accept his recommendation for surgery. When I asked Dr. Sheybani about one particular orthopedic surgeon he sent me to, a Dr. Jonathan Botts at the Los Angeles Orthopedic Institute, Dr. Sheybani told me, and I quote, " Dr. Botts is the worst orthopedic surgeon in his Network. I don't recommend him, he's a terrible surgeon and has no experience. End quote." Also on audio recording as well. Now to mention the pain medication NIGHTMARE the doctor has me on is causing opioid induced hypersensitivity to my injury. Causing a state of uncertainty, delay, and stagnation. Giving Dr. Sheybani the boot before he could do any additional harm to my mental and physical health.
