We were given a price for a vehicle and were made to wait with the understanding that this was the price we were dealing with. Daryl then changed the price. When I questioned the difference and showed him the information that HE had printed, instead of acknowledging it, he told me that I "couldn't read it correctly." Once I showed him exactly what was printed on the paperwork, his response changed to, "I have to make a profit." That statement told me everything I needed to know. If the original price was incorrect, that should have been explained honestly from the beginning--not after we had waited and were prepared to move forward with the purchase. Changing the price and then attempting to make the customer believe they misunderstood clearly printed information is unacceptable. What concerned me even more was the manner in which I was spoken to and treated. Based on the totality of the interaction, I personally felt that there was a racial component to the disrespect and dismissiveness I experienced. I do not make that statement lightly. As a consumer, I expect transparency, professionalism, and for a business owner to stand behind the information he provides. I received none of that here. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly warn others against doing business with Daryl or this establishment. If you do choose to deal with this business, I would advise getting every price and representation in writing and reviewing everything carefully before agreeing to anything. I cannot recommend this business, and I personally would not do business with him!

(I left similar reviews for other locations; this one is specific to the Orland Park facility as I don't recall them being here in 2019, my last repair event.) Crash Champions service is outstanding in every way, from repair quality, price, insurance claims facilitation - all done impeccably. Mike (my claims adjuster) and Eric (manager) were outstanding in every way and very customer focused. The repair workmanship was first rate, second to none. My car is only 2 years old and I begged them to be careful as I was super nervous leaving my new car there. I should have trusted my gut and ran! I'm still dealing with insurance months later. They charged my insurance 8,500k and I got my car back with scratches on the inside and outside of the car, broken taillight, dents, missing pieces, things were not put together right, I mean there was at least 20 things that were wrong. And now I'm dealing with insurance and also a raised deductible going forward since they gouged a nice chunk from insurance. Just unbelievable and I'm not sure how they can treat someone else's property like that. Yesterday I was told to bring my Car in for repairs today [Thursday~12/21/23]. ALLSTATE arranged a loaner. When we arrived from Manhattan (Will County, IL) the Bldg was empty. I called the number to VISSER'S and was told it is a different Company and now located on Harlem Ave. I was told that I could not leave my Car there for repairs; come back after two (2) Months. Why didn't Emily tell me that a day before when we communicated via telephone? Great Inconvenience and I'm stuck with a $55 a day Loaner that ALLSTATE is not going to pay for. I wasn't going to leave my Mercedes there anyway that was bought new (and Customized in West Germany) that I only have 8,000 miles on today. I don't know these people or Facility. I've trusted VISSER'S for over 25 years with over 25 different Make/Model repairs on my Car Collection. CDE has POOR COMMUNICATION Skills. I'm not qualified to comment on the quality of their work. Because the repainting of my minivan was under warranty, I had no choice but to bring my minivan to…read moreCollision Revision. They are the "official" body shop of Community Honda. If I had my choice, I would have never entrusted this shop with my van. I would have been over at Visser's in a heartbeat. Due to miscommunication and poor scheduling, I was without my van for 25 days. All they were doing was painting the top half of my van. I think 25 days is more than enough time for that. When I FINALLY got it back, my van was a mess. The windshield was not sealed properly, my driver's side mirror was covered in clear coat overspray (making it useless), there was blue paint dust inside my vehicle, and all my windows were FILTHY. I know I have young children that put their hands all over the inside of the windows, but I would expect that if the shop was going to be handling my windows (they had to be removed to complete the repainting) then they would at least clean them before they returned my vehicle to me but NO! In addition, the remnants of waxing compound could be found in most seams and along most edges. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy! The service manager at Community Honda has been bending over backwards to take care of me. But the reality is, if the staff at Collision Revision would be doing their job, he wouldn't have to do that. It's a shame that the poor workmanship at Collision Revision reflects poorly on the dealership. Yesterday, I brought my minivan back in to get a final polish and get some of my issues addressed. I picked it up today. What did I find? Windows still filthy and MORE overspray! More compound in the seams. Now I have to bring my van back a THIRD time because someone did a sloppy job. There is obviously no attention to detail and no desire to do excellent work at Collision Revision. If I have a Honda under warranty that needs body work in the future, I will fight with Honda corporate to be able to take my vehicle to Vissers instead. There is no way I will trust Collision Revision with another vehicle in my lifetime.
