I dealt with Glen who was very professional, he dealt with the insurance company of the lady that hit me and worked out all of the details, I didn't have to do a thing. I brought it in they had it completed when they said it would be and returned it shining like brand new. Thank you for a better than great job.

Yesterday I was told to bring my Car in for repairs today [Thursday~12/21/23]. ALLSTATE arranged a loaner. When we arrived from Manhattan (Will County, IL) the Bldg was empty. I called the number to VISSER'S and was told it is a different Company and now located on Harlem Ave. I was told that I could not leave my Car there for repairs; come back after two (2) Months. Why didn't Emily tell me that a day before when we communicated via telephone? Great Inconvenience and I'm stuck with a $55 a day Loaner that ALLSTATE is not going to pay for. I wasn't going to leave my Mercedes there anyway that was bought new (and Customized in West Germany) that I only have 8,000 miles on today. I don't know these people or Facility. I've trusted VISSER'S for over 25 years with over 25 different Make/Model repairs on my Car Collection. CDE has POOR COMMUNICATION Skills. I'm not qualified to comment on the quality of their work. I don't know any of them. ~ William Eldridge.

If I had my choice, I would have never entrusted this shop with my van. I would have been over at Visser's in a heartbeat. Due to miscommunication and poor scheduling, I was without my van for 25 days. All they were doing was painting the top half of my van. I think 25 days is more than enough time for that. When I FINALLY got it back, my van was a mess. The windshield was not sealed properly, my driver's side mirror was covered in clear coat overspray (making it useless), there was blue paint dust inside my vehicle, and all my windows were FILTHY. I know I have young children that put their hands all over the inside of the windows, but I would expect that if the shop was going to be handling my windows (they had to be removed to complete the repainting) then they would at least clean them before they returned my vehicle to me but NO! In addition, the remnants of waxing compound could be found in most seams and along most edges. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy! The service manager at Community Honda has been bending over backwards to take care of me. But the reality is, if the staff at Collision Revision would be doing their job, he wouldn't have to do that. It's a shame that the poor workmanship at Collision Revision reflects poorly on the dealership. Yesterday, I brought my minivan back in to get a final polish and get some of my issues addressed. I picked it up today. What did I find? Windows still filthy and MORE overspray! More compound in the seams. Now I have to bring my van back a THIRD time because someone did a sloppy job. There is obviously no attention to detail and no desire to do excellent work at Collision Revision. If I have a Honda under warranty that needs body work in the future, I will fight with Honda corporate to be able to take my vehicle to Vissers instead. There is no way I will trust Collision Revision with another vehicle in my lifetime.

So despite the estimate for CrashCo being $300+ more than the other estimates I received, I thought…read moreI was going with quality over cost. I dropped my car off when they opened on Tuesday, 1/14...with them saying my car door would take 3-4 days. Well, those days quickly passed with not a call or an update. By the time Saturday, 1/18 came - I finally had to reach out to them. Left a message, heard back from them on Monday, 1/20, saying that the employee who was managing my car, unexpectedly quit and essentially they were trying to pick up the pieces. How frustrating is it for you to leave your car with a company, have to follow-up with them days after your car was supposed to be finished, then find out they don't know what's happening-which means they haven't even started on your car! Urrrrrgh! So they call back on Tuesday saying my car should be ready Wednesday, which wasn't the case at all - it ends up not being finished until Friday, 1/24!!! So now, although my insurance company is paying for the rental - I'm paying for SEVEN extra days, which of course counts against my insurance policy (in terms of the total costs for this accident) since I was responsible for the accident. When I try to request the owner consider this in terms of my final payment, he basically says he'll only take off $50 since my insurance company is paying for the rental! No other compensation was offered despite the poor customer service and almost triple the delivery time than they initially told me. I finally get my car and not only has it NOT been vacuumed or cleaned (EVERY other time I've taken my car in for auto body repairs - the shop makes my car look better on the inside and outside than when I dropped it off as a courtesy), they also left the papers over the mats that are usually removed. Worst yet, the door was installed incorrectly!!! So if you are in my passenger front seat, you can't get out! Like a child proof lock, when Lexus doesn't even have childproof locks for the front passenger seat!! And, there's a little piece on the inside of the door that should be tucked in, but it's just hanging loose as if they just didn't care about the quality of work. And, they claimed that I'll need to return in two months to have the door buffed. I have had parts painted and replaced at other places and NEVER had to return two months later for anything! This has been an absolutely awful experience and given how much I paid for this auto body work - I'd recommend you take your car somewhere else. I was extremely disappointed in the poor communication, poor customer service and the terrible workmanship. Do not waste your time here. The facilities might look good but that surely doesn't reflect their service.

I wasn't able to get an appointment until February 3 and I see why! Crash Champion's new service center in Mokena is BEAUTIFUL! It is clean and well lit. The staff are unbelievably nice and I can tell they do their jobs with pleasure. I dropped my car off on Monday and received several text updates throughout the process. I was told it would be done by Thursday and indeed it was. I was reminded via text and someone called to confirm as well. My car looks GREAT (see before and after pics). Not only did they fix the outside but they thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of my car and made it smell so good! They also checked my battery and told me it was bad and that I should get it changed soon. They charged it up for me so that I could have a few extra days to replace it. They did all this as a courtesy AND to top it off, they gave me flowers! My husband is being shown up by a car repair establishment lol. Hopefully I never need a reason to come back but if I do, I will definitely come here! I would also refer family and friends. Thanks Crash Champions!

Long story short, never schedule auto body repair for an electric vehicle (or any car with a lot of sensors) within 2 weeks of going on a road trip. In terms of the actual work done, CDE did an awesome job with our car, a Mustang Mach E (electric). It had damage to the front bumper that required the front bumper to be replaced. We scheduled the work 2 weeks before my road trip. The work itself was flawless, car looks brand new. What really impressed me was the attention to detail, considering how reasonable their pricing was. They also cleaned the car by hand externally, but it looks like they cleaned up the car inside too. Unfortunately, they required a local Ford dealer to validate the sensors on the car were working after the repair. So, a week after we dropped it off at CDE (And the work was complete for the bumper), CDE then dropped it over at the Ford dealer. CDE made it clear that they cannot control the turn around time at the Ford dealer, but we (wrongly) assumed that it would only take a day or two. Myself and my wife started to freak out because we were not getting updates from the Ford dealership over the course of a week. At one point, the Ford dealer was telling us they did not even have our car! So, my wife and I become pesky, persistent and annoying with both the Ford dealer and with CDE. Thankfully, after a lot of back and forth and phone calls (literally 4 within a few hours at one point), we finally got our car... 1 hour before we would have had to had delay our road trip and potentially miss out on seeing some of our friends (and one of our best friend's parents is dying of cancer, so it meant a lot for us to make this trip happen). I really appreciated that everything got done beautifully, in the nick of time, but due to the amount of calls and annoyance that we created, I'd rather not show my face here again.. haha..

The staff was consistently friendly and professional, which is why I returned after someone hit my car three months ago. However, this experience was very different. Not only had they relocated, but the estimate I received was shockingly high. The representative even told me the quote wasn't final and that the cost could increase, which raised immediate concerns. I decided to get two additional estimates, and both were significantly lower CDE's quote was over $1,000 higher than the others. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed.
