How is that an appropriate thing to say to a customer whose car YOU have had for over three months? Then he admitted he's "too busy" to keep track of and call his customers. Three+ months of excuses, almost no communication, and an arrogant manager who acts like the CUSTOMER is the problem for wanting answers and their car back. If management is "too busy" to keep track of customers and doesn't consider a vehicle sitting in their shop for months to be their problem, that tells you everything you need to know.
