We scheduled a time that was convenient for both of us, and he explained he would come by and give me an estimate after inspecting the vehicle. Mike came promptly at the appointed time, and he was able to give me an estimate within 15 mins after reviewing the amount of time and work needed to be preformed. I was unsure that he would be able to get out the dings on the roof of my hardtop convertible, but he was able to get those out and the ding on the passenger door. The two dings on the driver's side, Mike was able to get out 1 completely but the other one there was still a slight ding but he got out most of it. I think those 2 dings were difficult get out as the dings were close together. Regardless I was very happy overall with the service Mike provided, he is extremely professional and his experience with paintless dent removal is evident. I would recommend Mike for anyone needing ding or dent repair, he is fair and honest, and will call on him again if I need his services.

Visited John and Dent Team and he felt he could get it about 95% right for a very reasonable price. I figured I would give it a shot seeing that outside of insurance to have full body work done on the car would have been a couple of grand at least. Made the appointment and two hours after dropping the car off I came back. I'd say it is damn near perfect for exactly the price quoted. Each time my wife looks at it she comments how nice it looks. John is a nice guy, personable and better than his word. Highly recommended

WHY MY REVIEW MATTERS: Because I was paying out of pocket, not going through insurance. This is my…read morefirst-hand experience. I do not recommend this business. I try to be very disciplined in leaving 1-star reviews, but this business deserves it. I came in with a scratch that started at my driver-side door and ended on my passenger door. I was quoted and given an estimate by an employee. I called back to schedule a drop-off and a woman who called herself the owner was so difficult to speak with. Not only did she over-talk me, but she bad-mouthed her employees. She followed by saying her employee shouldn't have given me an estimate. I said, well why is the employee working there then? The owner replied, "Well she's new." To which I responded, "Well why was she left alone then?" I continued, "I have an estimate in the name of the company and I'd like to drop my car off and for the estimate to be honored." After going back and forth for 18 MINUTES, she finally agreed to "allow" me to drop my car off so that SHE could take a look. I got to the business, and the owner was even ruder in person. Then she said, well this quote is no good. Let's walk outside so I can give you a real estimate. Then she said, what [former employee] quoted you doesn't cover repair. So the scratch will still be there. After more back and forth arguing bc she wanted to double the price on me even though I was holding the work order in my hand showing her, I just left. My time and well-being are too important. I saw other negative comments about storage fees being 3x the industry standard - it's true ($110/day). I saw comments about the owner being unpleasant - it's beyond true. Avoid this place. It's not worth the price or the headache.

The work was complete in just about two hours. I watched the artist at work and his patience and attention to detail was special. Once the work was complete I couldn't find any evidence the dent ever existed. After a quick clean up and a check to make sure I was satisfied, Ed gave me the price.
