Saw this new sandwich place and gave it a shot, man am I happy I did! We had the Gator and the Rueben, both great sandwich's! The Gator is HUGE! So much meat and flavor, and the bread is pillow soft. The Ruben was also great, much better than say a Jason's Deli or similar place. Highly recommend this place and it has some huge sandwiches!

Jon Smith Subs in Frisco, Texas Panther Creek Parkway near the DNT. New location with subs, French fries, and cookies. I had "The Bomb" steak sub. The meat was delicious. The sandwich bread is steamed, so it was a little too mushy for me. The French fries were delicious, the steak fries were cooked perfectly. The service was 4t good and there were plenty of workers attending to customers

Ham and cheese with an oatmeal cookie

Damn, that was good. Bread was soft and fresh, tons of veggies and meat, fresh ingredients--it was really good! And that oatmeal cookie was one of the best ones I've ever eaten outside of my g-ma's. I typically look for sub shops for a quick lunch, and this is definitely top three. The best part was the price. It's not any more than what you'd pay at the chain shops. For the quality of food, I was impressed with the price.

Italian and hot pastrami are delicious!. First place in Texas I have found with a good pastrami sandwich.

Supposed to be the Cajun Chicken

Ordered the Cajun Chicken and it literally had chicken only. No sauce, no onions, no peppers. Chicken and bread. I added mayo to try and help - but it didn't. Wife ordered the Gator and it came with no sauce. Very disappointing to pay $40 for incorrect items. This was delivery, so we couldn't do much.

Authentic Italian 12"

Absolutely love the great customer service. This is a picture of what was a 12in Italian and Cajun fries. I meant to take the picture before I started eating. Anyhow this is packed with loads of flavor, and fresh ingredients. Since they opened up off of Dallas Pkwy and Panther Creek in Frisco this is the only sandwich shop I go to. They also offer a military discount for all of my services men, women, or veterans which is a plus.

The Bomb

Excellent quality and service. Can't go wrong with the Cuban and The Bomb! Full of flavor. Very fresh. Friendly and welcoming employees. Will definitely add Jon Smiths to our rotation!

Roast beef deli classic

The roast beef sandwich is always amazing! There is a bite of veggie with every bite of meat. Each time I walk in I'm promptly greeted and my order comes out quickly. This makes it a great lunch break spot to be able to enjoy my lunch and have time to head back into the office.

I ordered the tuna salad sub no onions or pickles just the tuna, I guess they thought I'd like this better.

The sub I ordered was nothing special. It is at best comparable to Subway. It really wasn't good and the price was high

Wow--when you're compelled to write a review just hours after visiting, you know you've stumbled…read moreupon something truly special. I found The Sandwich Spot on Yelp after searching for Dutch Crunch bread. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the irresistible aroma of fresh vegetables and warm, crusty bread--if happiness had a scent, this would be it! Their sandwich selection is impressive. I originally drove an hour (one-way!) just for the Dutch Crunch rolls. Then I walked in, got greeted with that heavenly smell and super friendly vibes, and there was no way I was leaving without a sandwich. I went with the BLT, and let me tell you: it was loaded with crispy bacon and absolutely delicious. The place is spotless, including the restroom, and the customer service is top-notch. I called ahead to check on the Dutch Crunch rolls, and you could literally hear the smile through the phone. Jeff is fantastic, and the entire team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative--thanking me multiple times for stopping by. I highly recommend The Sandwich Spot. I'd will be making the drive again and again for the food and the friendly service.

Meh. I really wanted to love this place, but it comes down to the food. The sandwich was good. Not…read moregreat. Good. For $16.99 for one sandwich, I expect it to be packed with ingredients. At a minimum, I expect it to have at least as much filling as Jersey Mike's sandwiches. It certainly doesn't. Additionally, Jersey Mike's makes a better sandwich. They just do. Bottom line: very nice people are running this place without question. However, I likely won't return. It's just not worth the significant premium they charge for their sandwiches, when you can go to Jersey Mike's, get a much bigger and better sandwich, for a much better price. The portion size was simply unacceptable for the price. I do wish them the best of luck, as they are clearly good people.
