I am vegetarian, so I have limited options here. But I was astounded when they charged me the total price for a mere (smaller than a kid's palm) plain cheese and bun &5.00. I ordered the palabok with no meat. They could've put more noodles in it. I felt I paid so much, $50+ for a useless meal. I want to see if the quality and the price of Jollibee fits the name. I was not jolly after all the purchases. I don't recommend this place. If you're a vegan or vegetarian, they will charge you a total price for the meats that is not even part of your dish. I am really disappointed and do not have any ounce of justifying coming back here. I asked my boys about the chicken, and they said it's subpar and mostly they served the worse part of any chicken. Stopped in with my son after doing some shopping nearby and what a treat Loved the Chicken sandwiches with whatever sauce that is and I am a fan of a banana langka pie also some tenders and mashed potatoes... In the past I called to see if they had milk in their chicken recipe and was told no it isn't. I then tried their tasty chicken a few times. Each time I got sick. I just thought that it might have been something else that I ate that day due to what I was told by the employees at this location that there was NO dairy in the food. I finally did a search on their website and found an allergens PDF. Sure enough it showed that there is definitely milk in their recipe. I was told wrong and got sick from that. This has taught me not to trust employees and do my own research on a company's website and if they don't have anything shown I will avoid the restaurant unless I can see a special menu for allergens. I am sorry If this location feels that I am venting specifically about them (as their recipe is the same everywhere). but it is their location that gave me the wrong information which has made me sick on each occasion. The food was good but the service not so much sadly. I went through the drive thru and the cashier advised me to pull to the front to grad my food. She forgot to give me a receipt though. When the runner came to give me my food she asked for my receipt i advised her the cashier forgot to give me one. She asked me to go over my order than half way through me recounting my order she throws the bags at me and leaves. When i get home i find out that they had put the side of mashed potatoes in the bag sideways so gravy leaked everywhere. The hamburger steaks were put in a cardboard container instead of a plastic one so gravy leaked out of there as well and the 2 hamburger steaks i got for my husband look dry. Walking into Jollibee I was expecting to eat some chicken, but things changed because I saw burgersteaks on the menu. And to be honest it was a hard decision. Do I go for the standard chicken ? Do I get the spicy chicken sandwich? No I completely threw my body off when I went with beef steak and honestly im glad I did. The beef steaks are really soft like a Salisbury steak. Delicious! Salty and delicious. It had so much gravy over it with just a couple of mushrooms. I don't like mushrooms but I ate these all up. So I guess I can say I enjoyed this alot. The mashed potatoes felt homemade creamy and delicious. If you are in the area stop by. I heard a customer talking about how juicy and delicious the spicy chicken sandwich was. Got home realized my order was wrong called and spoke with sherry who was completely unprofessional about the situation. She said I should bring the order back and throw it away and that she would remake it and bring pies with the inconvenience with me having to drive back 7 miles which I agreed to, when I arrived she was very rude, didn't come to the window and gave me broken chicken and for the worker to take it back, she did not give me pies and while we were leaving she was making faces and giving a petty wave to us. Ms sherry should not be a supervisor if she can't handle things professionally and makes it personal when the costumer bring attention to it. Looks can be deceiving. I've always wanted to try their fried chicken because I like trying new places. Ordered it delivered from DoorDash. Food came piping hot but that was about it. Chicken was extremely flavorless. I'm not sure what they use for seasoning or if they even season at all. Smells can be deceiving as well because it smelled great, but the flavor didn't compliment the smell. I won't be ordering chicken from them again. Called in with an easy to resolve issue, ordered through the app for a reason. I called in hoping to get a fix. I spoke to the first guy he kept putting me on hold. Heard the word "makulit" . My wife placed an order for 10pc chicken half and half and I told him that we got 3 spicy and 7 regular instead of 5 spicy and 5 regular which is the definition of half and half. He transferred me to his supervisor Angel she said the same thing, she kept telling me that they cannot do anything about it and insisted that I shouldve called in to get half and half. What was the point of doing it in the app If I need to call it in? She then told me that its my wife's fault. Clearly when you do it in the app there is no option to pick how many chicken can be spicy or regular. It only gives you half and half. My wife is pregnant and my kids eat here every sunday. I'm usually cool with service people because I'm in the customer service industry as well but not how they treated me over the phone. Jolibee is a family favorite. We ordered the Family Bundle which was 10 pieces of chicken and 3 large sides for $24 (plus tax). The chicken was delicious, as usual, and the mashed potatoes and gravy hit the right spot! We did have to pull over to park and wait 10 minutes for our chicken, as we used the drive-thru. Went to this store at noon on a monday Nd was curios why the were no cars in the drive thru and few cars in the parking lot. Being my first time, i was torn between a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders, and i ended up going with the tenders and fries combo. The tenders have no flavor at all, very bland and the coating was dryer than i prefer. The temperature of the tenders was good, just not enjoyable plain. I ordered a dipping sauce, and it had decent flavor, i just wasnt given enough for all three tenders, so i ended up tossing most of my last one. Yikes !! Two and a half star overall rating !! ?? Well, I don't understand it. I can only report my experiences. I'm going with 5 Stars and I'll tell you why. Plus, I think there may be a bit lost in translation because Jollibee is, first and foremost, a 'Filipino' phenomenon from the Philippines. I understand some of the attraction because I am part Filipino by marriage, LOL. 'Vicente' is my Filipino alter ego. I Know that for my wife's relatives, a visit to Jollibee is like Christmas and a local village fiesta rolled into one. A mixture of pride, excitement, and good fried chicken. Kids love it. Food: We usually get a 3 piece "Chicken Joy" Plate. 3 pieces of golden fried chicken, rice, mashed potatoes or fries, and brown gravy in a separate container. This is always excellent chicken. They also serve 'burgers'. While not best in class burgers they are what the customers are looking for. They also have Filipino style spaghetti. It is sweet and in the Philippines it is made with 'banana ketchup'...not for everyone...Just a warning. Do try the Mango Pies. Very nice. The pineapple juice is a nice alternative too. Service: Drive through sometimes has an iPad wielding order taker to help expedite the cars at the drive through lane. Everyone is cheerful and wish you a "Jollibee Day". The line moves quickly. So the location is convenient and the drive through goes fast. Surprised for a Saturday lunch the place was fairly empty. There are many menu choices and this review and 3 stars is based on my first visit. The prices are not "inexpensive" but you know if the meal is worth the price so be it. I was fully expecting a horrible experience based off of the other reviews that have been posted. I'm happy to report I had a pain free and delicious experience! The drive thru took no longer than any other drive thru during rush hour traffic. I ordered one of their combos (or tasty bucket I believe it's called) that consisted of burger steak, fried chicken, and mango peach pies. The food was still super hot by the time I got home, everything was fresh and delicious! Support local restaurants. This new location is horrible. After waiting in the chaotic maze before you enter the drive thru, I was finally at the entrance to the ACTUAL drive thru. I had an employee approach my vehicle. I was so impressed... until the employee told me that I would get my food quicker if I parked and went inside. ummmm...wow He then walked away without taking my order. A gentleman who looked like a manager walked out and placed drinks on a table. The 2 employees that were taking orders then went over and had an impromptu break. When they finally did take my order, they did not have two of the items that were listed on their website, making it difficult as I was picking up for folks who where to with me. Man i hope they get better after a few months. I hate to do this but here it goes... Came here at around 9p on a Sunday. They only had diet pepsi, pineapple juice and sprite as drinks. There are stuff on the menu that they don't have. I get home and the white rice was so old it was brown and hard. They forgot my gravy for my chicken, spaghetti was cold, burger steak spilled all over the bag from the box, chicken was old but it was actually spicy so thats 1 good thing..
