This is my first time trying Jollibee since one-introduced chicken to my diet and to be honest it was everything most said it was. A little pricey but overall delicious and packed a nice little spice. I'm not a fan of the side choices and or gravy on chicken but I would definitely go back if I was in the area craving a little cluckty cluck!!

So I decided to do some grocery shopping in the Anthem area -- you know, where Trader Joe's and Seafood City are in the same plaza -- and suddenly, my cravings kicked in... Jollibee was calling my name! This location is actually pretty nice and clean, with that cheerful red-and-yellow vibe that makes you feel instantly happier (and hungrier). I ordered the Deluxe Sandwich Meal with a side of Jolly Spaghetti, and oh man... this is exactly what I've been missing! It's almost like being back home -- almost -- just missing those little hot dog slices in the spaghetti, LOL. For my drink, I went with the Guava Iced Tea, and it was surprisingly refreshing -- not too sweet, just right. I totally ended up drinking it way too fast because it paired perfectly with my meal. My stomach really wanted to go for the fried chicken (that crispy Chickenjoy was whispering my name), but I had to control myself... still, this combo totally hit the spot! Service can be a little hit or miss depending on the day, but hey -- at least there's always someone ready to take your order with a smile. Overall, this Jollibee is a solid go-to when you need a quick comfort-food fix and a little taste of home.

We came here just to see what it was all about. The person that help us was so nice and patient. We had a big order. It did take a bit long to get our food. The Korean chicken sandwich was okay. The tenders were good. The fries were okay. I really like their mango pies. So different. Not too much but just enough! Overall it was an okay experience.

Got the 10 piece chicken with 3 sides bundle. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and tasty! I got the adobo rice, spaghetti, and Mac and cheese as the three sides. They were all SO DELICIOUS!! I would say the best Mac and cheese! I love how they give me 2 gravies. The best meal to share with family and friends.

This was dinner and it did not disappoint. We placed our order almost an hour in advance of the pick up time. Once we arrived, the order wasn't ready. In fact we waited an additional 30 minutes beyond our pick up time. When asked what the wait was for, the manager replied "the order was coming out." While waiting we took notice of the cleanliness of the location. Once we did receive our order... it smelled soooooo good! All the worry about the wait made it now half as bad lol. Let me tell you, the chicken was chickenin' LOL! Loved the flavor and the texture. The chicken was moist and the crust was crispy. The sides were all fresh and delicious. I'd recommend trying but just allow additional wait time in the late evening.

Spicy chicken sandwich, pineapple quencher, and a two piece (one spicy, one regular) one side (adobo rice) combo with a biscuit and gravy.

I've been meaning to try Jollibee for quite a while now and always forgot that there was one on my side of town. After being poked and prodded by a few friends, I decided to give it a shot. I got the two-piece, one side combo with a pineapple quencher. I got my combo half and half meaning one piece of chicken was spicy and the other piece was normal. The combo comes with a biscuit and side of gravy and I got adobo rice as my side as it was recommended by the cashier. I also got a spicy chicken sandwich a la carte. The spicy chicken sandwich was not bad at all. It definitely had a little bit of a kick to it though, I'm not sure if that was the chicken or the sauce and the jalapenos that were on the sandwich. Definitely not unbearable though. Smaller than I expected, but filling. The combo surprised me a bit. I was surprised first off that it came with a biscuit and side of gravy and besides dipping my biscuit in the gravy, was unsure what to do with it. I ended up trying it on the chicken and on the adobo rice. The gravy itself was fine and tasted like a very simple Thanksgiving gravy. The biscuit was okay but elevated by the gravy for sure. The adobo rice was surprisingly bland and seemed a bit mushy but again, putting the gravy on it helped it greatly. I was really surprised though by the original fried chicken. It was incredibly crispy and very moist and had a good amount of flavor to it. The spicy piece on the other hand, though good and had a nice kick of spice, was more bland. It's like they were focusing more on the spice than on the flavor. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal and was quite full. I'm not sure if I'll ever be back, but if a friend came over to my house and brought some Jollibee, I definitely wouldn't be disappointed.

Spicy 12 Piece

I've been seeing a ton of Instagram reels hyping up Jollibee's fried chicken -- people rave about how crispy, juicy, and flavorful it is, not to mention the famous gravy that comes with it. Curiosity got the best of me, so I finally decided to check it out and drove to the nearest location. I ordered a 12-piece bucket and headed straight home to dig in. The order came with two sides of gravy. When I opened the box, I was a little surprised to see that the skin on some pieces was falling off and a bit soggy. Not quite the crispy experience I was expecting from the online buzz. That said, the chicken itself was juicy and had good flavor, and the gravy was actually really tasty. It was my first time trying gravy with fried chicken, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I did enjoy it. Overall, it was a decent experience. I'd be open to giving it another try. But if I'm being honest, I still prefer the flavor and crunch of Popeye's.

Jazzy J.

My first time trying out their Korean-style chicken, love it! I also like their fried chicken coz it's super crispy and tasty. Since I ordered a lot that night I came to order food, I had to wait longer. I'm glad they have this location in Henderson. Everything here is close by.

The stickers well protected any tampering.

I really hate writing bad reviews, and if you follow me you know I only do it when it's repeatedly deserved. I have an unhealthy addiction to this chicken, so I do admit to indulging more often than I should. This year, unlike in the past, is always an unpleasant experience. The wait times are unacceptable. I purposely order online and give them extra time. But still I have to wait another 15 minutes. I truly believe they do not monitor the online orders so when I show up it's always a surprise. I hope this is reviewed by management and appropriate changes are made.

For fast food this is amazing ! Philippine style chicken and pasta and drinks. I had chicken sandwich and palabok. Very flavorful and tasty ! I like they have an option for sides like Mac and cheese and spaghetti. But the fries are good too. Peach pie and a fresh pineapple juice is so refreshing. Try it ! They are super fast too !

Aloha Chicken Sandwich Combo, Pineapple Quencher, Jolly Spaghetti
Amanda C.

Jollibee is nostalgic for me. It's not a "new" chicken spot; it's been in the United States since the late 90s, originally from the Philippines since the 70s. Jollibee and Zippy's are my two comfort food spots. A heads-up for those who think this is a new spot: Filipino spaghetti is quite different from other types of spaghetti. It's sweet, which is how we enjoy it, but it's an acquired taste. In my opinion, their aloha chicken sandwich is better than most fast food chicken sandwiches (don't come for me). However, the fries are probably the most disappointing side they have to offer, depending on how you rank your top five fries (if you put in-n-out up there, then maybe you'll like the blandness of these fries). Don't miss out on their pineapple quencher--it's my favorite drink during these triple-digit summers. Restaurant is always clean, always good service -- no complaints from me.

The food was good, I tried a little bit of everything. The best items were the pastries. My nephew stated that the buffet reminded him of one you would get at a hotel (breakfast buffets). Although it was not as an extravagant buffet as many of the high end hotels, you can still be filled and satisfied with the items presented. The service was good. They were friendly but nothing really stood out as far as customer service. The ambiance was the BEST thing about this place. We met my in laws, my daughter's family (with her toddlers), and my brother's family there. There was plenty to do and a lot of space to explore. My grandkids who are 2 and 1 enjoyed walking around, playing with the giant connect four and battleship. They played with other kids their age and were worn out by the time we left. Although there were plenty of pickle ball courts open, we decided to just sit and relax and enjoy the weather and time together. We would definitely go back especially when the weather is nice. Such a great concept!! If you're looking for something to do with the kids or just want to hang out, this is a great spot. Definitely a must try at least once!

The slaw was crisp and tasty without being overdressed, which was a nice balance, and the pickles added the perfect acidic zing to cut through the salty, rich fried chicken. Service was friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside was that we arrived about an hour and a half before the posted closing time (arrived at 9:30pm and the posted closing time was 11pm), and chairs were already being stacked and things were clearly being pre-closed. Totally understand wanting to get a jump on cleaning, but it did make us question whether or not we should stay to eat. We ended up staying, though the food was wrapped up to-go because we were told they didn't have trays at the moment. We just came here for the first time for a football team event this week. We're not really a chain…read morerestaurant kind of family, but still can't believe we've never seen this place. If it wasn't for the event, who knows how long before we would have stopped in. Our team sat together and had our little arguments on which chicken chain restaurants were better once our food came out. As families, of course we're on the lookout for good quality with a good deal. This food was excellent and the service was there to match. The staff we met were young and seemed happy to be there, quick at their work and although they weren't necessarily waiters, rather just dropped food off at our tables and passed by nodding and asking if we were okay, they covered it all and handled our rowdy ones with a smile. So we were there with our football teams after their games.. three teams; 8-10y olds, 6-8y olds and 5-6y olds :) If you've been around even a little of that, you know we basically brought a hungry riot in for a late lunch/early dinner. Somehow the small team from the restaurant managed. Nothing broke, no one yelled, nothing spilled (inside, at least) and the kids were super happy. I didn't hear one complaint about the food from kids or adults. (I did forget to say no-pickles in my burger though, my fault.) Back to which chicken spots are better. If we're on the fence about where to go, this place and pricing is a deal. The kids got their meals through the team but the rest of us were new so we got a mix of things to try it all out. You have your choice to keep it simple or totally customize. Cayenne chicken was hot and just spicy enough to enjoy, batter covered the whole thing, fries were crunchy but not burnt, and bread was golden and buttery. Now we won't have a problem getting family-sized boxes and sharing. Every single person was happy with their food, not to mention the long lines of drink and sauce choices. Larry, the owner/manager walked around the whole time, helping expedite the orders, giving hi-fives out to the kids and telling us the story of the restaurant and their plans for more locations. He gave this place a great vibe, almost like a small business rather than a chain restaurant, so we're happy to support this place. If he took part in the hiring, I can see how the staff were chosen so well. Our only advice was to find a way to get the word out faster!

I've sent back food that most people would tolerate. But Smash and Slice? This place actually delivered. No stuffy pretension, just good energy that makes you want to actually linger. We've been back three times now because it's that solid. The pizza? Top tier. I'm talking legitimately excellent -- thin, crispy crust with that perfect chew, sauce that tastes fresh, cheese that stretches like it's supposed to. As someone who judges every pie against the gold standard back home, this one clears the bar with room to spare. And the smash burgers? Probably top 2 in the entire city, no exaggeration. Crispy edges, juicy center, buns that don't fall apart -- the kind of burger that makes you close your eyes on the first bite and question your life choices at every other spot you've been wasting money on. Highly, highly recommend. This place earned every single star.

This place popped up on yelp and after seeing reviews about it we decided ok let's take him there he loves burger and pizza so why not the best of what he likes since my daughter who is on social media also heard about this place she also said let's try it. Parking area is a little ehh because it is a shared parking w the EOS gym and all the other shop in the plaza but we got lucky, the store is small probably a max of 15-20 for dine in. We ordered what the box combos, son had the pizza combo w the smash burger and fries w the drink, daughter had the same but w New York style pep pizza and me and the hubby shared the boxed combo w the pizza styled Tony's grandmothers way which is an up-charge of like $1 + and added a chicken tender for extra 2.99. Food came about 10-15 mins which was ok because the place was packed so understandable, now food wise it's not bad I liked my pizza w the ricotta and hot honey drizzle it reminded me of the pizza at the sphere, chicken tender was juicy it is panko crusted but was just ok $2.99 for one tender is a little steep but it's good nothing special, the fries was ok it came a little on a colder side it could have been a little more crispy but it's just ok not bad. Now the smashed burger, it's just ok we have read and saw reviews about it even my daughter gave it a 7/10 and we all agreed that although ratings is high is it the best smashed burger in town? Maybe on this side of town but we have had better in the northwest side and been opening new locations lately. Burger isn't bad but the special sauce was mid and adding the grilled onions was ehhh, maybe adding another patty would have been it but it's just ok. Giving the kuddos to the cashier she was very friendly, she was also suggesting stuff on the menu what's good and her favorites, dragon sauce she suggested was just normal sweet chili sauce in the Asian household. Spent over $100 w tip because after ordering I had a reward and promo to redeem we figured we aren't on this area that often so we ordered 12 pcs wings on sauce on side to go and the wings was just alright 12 pcs wings they give u very small sauce size on the side. Wings are baked and fried but after 45 mins drive pretty much have to throw the wings in the airfryer because they got soft. Again our review is honest we all agreed that it's just ok, I do love the Tonys grandmother style pizza but we all feel like we could have gotten anything else we ordered better near by. The place is small w very limited seating but everyone seems to be friendly and attentive. Ambiance is good parking can be limited since it's a shared parking w other businesses.Although service was good for us it's probably not a worth the 45 min trip because we are on the other side of town.glad that we got to try it.
