But I can for sure say that Cajun Crackin exceeded my expectation! I felt like I was back at home with how good the food tasted lol. I went at 4pm with my gf on a Friday, and although it was a bit quiet, it was very clean and well kept! Walking in, first thing that caught my eye is how spacious/open it was. We were greeted with a unique fisherman-esque entrance with nets hanging over our heads as well as a shark hanging by the bar. The floor and counters were nice shiny and you can tell they're well cleaned. I got the 38$ ayce option. I for one can eat a lot...but surprisingly the ayce option gave me more than enough, I was suprised. The servers were delightful and were constantly checking up on me and giving me pointers on the menu! I recommend this place if you are pursuing a tasty seafood boil!

I've never seen this before and we ordered for pick up! It was a sweet deal! This is my first time trying Cajun crackin but it was soooooo good! I cannot believe it's empty inside though! This place should be popping with how good their food is! From the crab legs and shrimp as well as the other fixings, everything was delish! I love the sauce they used- Cajun, garlic butter, and lemon pepper combined!! Yummmmmm I could have ate more. Service was quick!! Nice place to eat! Great for big groups. Casual ambiance!

Two of my companions opted for the lunch special of seafood boils. (It would be fun to have each one at the table order a different seafood boil to try! That's how many choices are available!) The two remaining orders were po'boys. One was soft shell crab while the other was shrimp. Both came with taste choice of fries. We chose Cajun. Everything was amazing and very satisfying with really no room for dessert especially with the portions of french fries. But there is always next time! If you don't mind rustic ambiance, wearing a bib, (because they do give you one), and getting your hands a little "dirty",then you must try this place at least once!

From the moment you walk in, you just know you're in for a great meal. The star of the show for us is hands down the Captain Louis medium seasoning. It hits that perfect sweet spot of bold, flavorful, and just the right amount of kick without being overwhelming. It coats everything beautifully and keeps you reaching for more. Once you try it, you'll understand why we can't stop talking about it! And let's not overlook the drink menu, because Cap't Louis truly delivers on that front as well. The drink options are fantastic and complement the food perfectly. Whether you're in the mood for something refreshing and light or want to kick things up a notch, there's something on the menu for everyone in your group. Sometimes the service can be slow.

We made seafood boilds with snow crab, scallops, and peeled shrimp. All seafood boils come with sausage, corn, and potatoes. It was so tasty and seasoned to perfection. The amount of food was so huge that we made takeouts full of meat. The bowls of ckam chowder are creamy, seasoned so well, and full of whole fresh calms. The price is supported by the literal fresh out of the tank seafood, the quantity you receive, and the outstanding customer service you receive. Oh yeah, it's super clean and the decor is classic.

The shrimp were fine, but the pan roast was so rich and heavy that it became hard to eat after a few bites. It felt more overwhelming than comforting. Dessert didn't help. The cheesecake came out straight from the fridge and was so cold it was firm and difficult to enjoy. Cheesecake should be creamy, not something you have to wrestle with. Service was also very slow since it looked like only one server was trying to take care of the whole floor, which made the wait time drag. Not terrible, but for a place built around indulgent seafood and comfort flavors, the execution and service just didn't land.

Lola's A Louisiana Kitchen - Good Food, Just Watch the Add-Ons…read more We ordered the Roman trio and jambalaya, and overall the food was flavorful and enjoyable. The service was friendly, and the Louisiana-inspired decor is cute and adds to the charm of the place. One thing to be mindful of: when ordering, our waitress casually suggested or repeated add-ons in a way that could easily be mistaken as part of the original order. For example, we ordered the traditional jambalaya, which also has a "loaded" option for an extra $10. We clearly wanted the original, but she repeated it as "loaded." Thankfully, my husband caught it and corrected her before it went through. Later, we noticed another table was upcharged for potatoes without realizing they were an add-on. So just a heads-up--be very clear when ordering and double-check what's included versus extra to avoid surprises on the bill. Overall, the food and atmosphere are solid--just make sure to pay close attention when placing your order.
