I've eaten at this Jollibee before and it's usually pretty good. It was also good this last time, just not great. I ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich Meal for $11.49, and paid an extra $1.00 for a pineapple mango quencher and some ranch. My drink was fantastic and probably my favorite thing on the menu. It's worth trying if you haven't had it. The chicken sandwich was bursting with fresh produce, and had a nice crispy piece of chicken on it. My fries were a bit of a disappointment. They weren't hot, or even very warm, and just tasted off. I kept thinking of cardboard every time I took a bite. Ugh... I went through the drive-through and the cashier was easy to understand. I ordered lunch a bit early so it took them a few minutes to prepare it. An employee brought it out to my car when everything was ready. Bad fries aside, it was a pretty good visit. read more

LOL,it's funny this place has been here in Daly City for about 20 years and i never thought to come here until last year when i saw all these young YouTubers doing videos. But i never had the sweet&hot dog spaghetti that's a no- no lol. The service was always great they were fast and very nice getting the food to you fast. The new spicy Avocado chicken wasn't even HOT and the bun was cold and stale WTF! I CALLED the place and spoke to Jane the Manger who was very nice i told her what had happened she said just come back when you are able to. So i came by last night and it was hella pack with people eating and waiting for their food to go. I had to wait ten minutes to speak to the Manger,and im glad Jane was here,and I'm glad because she remembered the phone call we had a month ago. she was able to replace my chicken and i got the pies instead of getting my money back from the nasty chicken spicy sandwich that wasn't even hot,and the extra rice i never ordered. But those peach & mango were so yummy. I had one last night after my dinner and this morning i will have for breakfast with coffee lol. Jollibee is my favorite fast food, fried chicken joint. We usually order the 6 piece bucket that comes with 3 pieces of thighs and 3 pieces of drumsticks and a cup of gravy which was more than enough for us 2. On our recent visit we placed an online order to be picked up at 5pm on thanksgiving day. Yes, they are open on this holiday. When we arrived at 5:15pm, our order was not ready despite the app said it was by 5pm. Understandably they were very busy on this holiday. We usually have really good fried chicken. But on this day we immediately smelled burnt chicken when we received our order. Sure enough the skin smelled and tasted slightly burnt. I think it's time for them to change their oil. Do ask for utensils and plates if you choose to dine in. I like to bring disposable gloves from home. Choice of dine in or takeaway. It is well lit and clean. This location is located in a large shopping center, so after grocery shopping, you can stop by for a bite to eat. Plenty of parking too. Chicken is very tasty, the spicy has a nice kick, but may be too spicy for anyone with low tolerance. If you order 50/50, there are little flags marking the spicy pieces. I love the dipping the chicken in the gravy. The spaghetti side is my favorite. I think Jollibee chicken is good and in my opinion better than Krispy Krunchy & KFC. I usually go to Jollibee since it's close to me, but my recent visit on April 12 was a bit disappointing. I ordered the 6-piece bucket (half spicy, half original), and the chicken pieces seem smaller than before. The spicy chicken is actually spicy though, the flavor goes into the meat, which I like. Service was okay, but the online order system needs work. The in-store screen only shows orders placed at the counter, not online ones, which made pickup confusing and chaotic. People were cutting in line and asking about orders because the app said "ready" when it wasn't. They currently have holiday meal deals! A bucket of 6 pieces fried chicken, 2 sides and 2 sodas is $20. Note, the spicy chicken here is very spicy! Regular sides are mashed potatoes, fries, coleslaw and biscuits. Beware of getting upsold (eg spaghetti and Mac and cheese cost $1.50 more a side!) Location is convenient here and they share a large parking lot with Lucky supermarket and Starbucks. Inside is also very clean and new. What can I say? It's a Jollibee. There's times this place gets busy and times it's dead. And when its busy it's quite loud and so the cashier has a hard time understanding the order correctly. The food is delicious for fast food albeit on the expensive side of things. I wish they'd have more affordable options as this place is really more like a treat given their prices. If this is your first time, make sure to try classics like Chicken Joys and burger steaks. Skip the spaghetti if you don't like your pasta sweet. Get a palabok instead. Wednesday evening at dinner time. Service was friendly and super fast. Got a 6 piece spicy chicken bucket that came with a side of gravy, a peach mango pie, and an ube pie. The food came out piping hot. The chicken was moist and skin was crispy. There was a nice heat with the spice powder. The gravy was flavorful and full of umami with a consistency that wasn't too thick or too thin. The peach mango pie had a great flavor and a crispy crust, though I could've used a bit more fruit chunks. The location on mission street in Daly City is the Best of all the Jollibee locations I've tried. Their team members run like a well oiled machine. Welcoming smile and greeting when I came in the door. You can tell they are knowledgeable and proficient in what they each do. My order was taken then repeated back to me for accuracy. She even suggested other options which I truly appreciated. My order was up so fast! Another woman called my number then repeated my order. So amazing. The food did not disappoint. I recommend getting a pineapple juice with your fried chicken because something about the saltiness from the chicken and the refreshing pineapple juice just makes it a great combination.
