Menu screen should give option (no onions) which other locations it does say this so it must be the machine that's wrong. I mention to the counter person please make sure to not put onions on the food and the girl making them gives me a glare. The front counter guy says please make sure to say that on the screen, I replied it's not showing that option. Girl (in the photo showing her make them) on the food line continued giving me glares and was rude the entire time. Does this location pride itself on professional customer service or to just be open until bad reviews continue coming in and corporate getting all these complaints? This Taco Bell at 7255 Mission St, Daly City, CA 94014, run by Golden Gate Bell LLC, has not supported California Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card (aka SNAP Card) transactions for over 3 months. The Franchisee, Golden Gate Bell LLC, refuses to repair their EBT machine. Each visit the employee on duty just reports their machine is broken. Taco Bell is stepping up their flavor game. First with their cantina chicken tacos which are great by the way especially if you get it grilled with the cheese and add extra avocado salsa. Seriously as good as any of the trucks that charge double that in Redwood City. I was here to try their poblano pepper steak wrap. This was the only Taco Bell neat me that had it and the nacho fries. Really wish this would stay on their menu the poblano peppers were delicious and my only complaint is the temperature of the food (lukewarm) and definitely not enough steak for the nearly $7 wrap which is pricey for Taco Bell. This is an update to my previous review as of October 2025, I have to write this review at least until this particular Taco Bell makes some changes. :-( First, I highly recommend not dining in-store. Always use the drive-thru option, although today I noticed that the drive-thru was closed and had to dine-in (ugh). The staff there absolutely prioritizes the drive-thru over walk-ins, meaning you'll get your food far faster & fresher if you don't mind eating in your car. Second, there seems to be plenty of staff in the kitchen area all busy doing things, but for some reason orders take FOREVER when ordering dine-in as I mentioned. More often than not, the staff puts my order on the shelf but nobody comes around to check that I'm at the counter to receive it. :-/ Third, the app just doesn't work when it comes to notifications. I received a notification somewhat promptly when I put my order in using the app, but by the time I got the notification my order was ready, nearly fifty minutes had passed (I'd already eaten my order and was sitting at home when I received the alert!)! I've been going to this Taco Bell for years as it's my local one, but I've never noticed a change quite like this. :-( read more

The food here is made fresh to order. Inside is clean, I see some leaky areas from the rain. It looks like here they are more focused on having you order on the kiosk, and priority is given to customers that are at the drive thru. I went here around 6:40pm on Monday this week and ordered from the drive thru at this Taco Bell because the parking lot was full. The line for the drive thru was long (probably because everyone is trying to keep their distance right now and don't want to order inside).
