Food good as long as the staff is professional enough to listen when saying the machine to do the orders is not correct (photo added of menu screen). Menu screen should give option (no onions) which other locations it does say this so it must be the machine that's wrong. I mention to the counter person please make sure to not put onions on the food and the girl making them gives me a glare. The front counter guy says please make sure to say that on the screen, I replied it's not showing that option. Girl (in the photo showing her make them) on the food line continued giving me glares and was rude the entire time. Does this location pride itself on professional customer service or to just be open until bad reviews continue coming in and corporate getting all these complaints? Why do you not have plastic knives to help cut food requiring a knife? Hard to cut with only a fork. Was told you don't carry them at this location. Place needs attention and cleaned while the dining room has me and one other customer, drive thru not busy. read more

This Taco Bell at 7255 Mission St, Daly City, CA 94014, run by Golden Gate Bell LLC, has not supported California Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card (aka SNAP Card) transactions for over 3 months. The Franchisee, Golden Gate Bell LLC, refuses to repair their EBT machine. Each visit the employee on duty just reports their machine is broken. Perhaps a report of this location to both San Mateo County government, and the State government is needed to provide the motivation required for Golden Gate Bell LLC to take action? The location itself seemed clean and neat when I visited. One of the entrance signs had been damaged for months too. Parking was mostly easy. But only when pulling into the location when going north on Mission Street. read more

Taco Bell is stepping up their flavor game. First with their cantina chicken tacos which are great by the way especially if you get it grilled with the cheese and add extra avocado salsa. Seriously as good as any of the trucks that charge double that in Redwood City. I was here to try their poblano pepper steak wrap. This was the only Taco Bell neat me that had it and the nacho fries. Really wish this would stay on their menu the poblano peppers were delicious and my only complaint is the temperature of the food (lukewarm) and definitely not enough steak for the nearly $7 wrap which is pricey for Taco Bell. All the food I ordered was lukewarm and that's sad when you're eating barely warm fries and not gooey cheese because it's not hot now. If I wasn't so hungry I would have taken it all home and zapped it in the microwave. read more

Taco bell used to have taco salads a long time ago. Now they brought back something similar, a Mini Taco Salad $3. The new one is tiny and they don't fill up the entire taco shell with stuff. Below the cheese, tomatoes, lettuce are beans and some taco meat. This was disappointing. Another complaint I have is they got rid of the Loaded Beef Nachos $3. The next closest thing would be the Nachos BellGrande $7. 2x the price for basically the same thing. Luckily I ordered three crunchy tacos ($2.39 each) as a back-up. Those were great. The drive through guy forgot to give me a fork and napkins. read more

This is an update to my previous review as of October 2025, I have to write this review at least until this particular Taco Bell makes some changes. :-( First, I highly recommend not dining in-store. Always use the drive-thru option, although today I noticed that the drive-thru was closed and had to dine-in (ugh). The staff there absolutely prioritizes the drive-thru over walk-ins, meaning you'll get your food far faster & fresher if you don't mind eating in your car. Second, there seems to be plenty of staff in the kitchen area all busy doing things, but for some reason orders take FOREVER when ordering dine-in as I mentioned. More often than not, the staff puts my order on the shelf but nobody comes around to check that I'm at the counter to receive it. :-/ Third, the app just doesn't work when it comes to notifications. I received a notification somewhat promptly when I put my order in using the app, but by the time I got the notification my order was ready, nearly fifty minutes had passed (I'd already eaten my order and was sitting at home when I received the alert!)! I've been going to this Taco Bell for years as it's my local one, but I've never noticed a change quite like this. :-( read more

The food here is made fresh to order. Inside is clean, I see some leaky areas from the rain. It looks like here they are more focused on having you order on the kiosk, and priority is given to customers that are at the drive thru. If you are standing just to wait for your drink cup, they definitely try to avoid you at all costs. That happened this morning, and the lady asked someone else to help me. The food was piping hot, and I got my beloved baja blast. read more

Ordered 2 taco combos, a single cantina taco, and a nacho Belgrande. All I got was the nacho Belgrande and the two drinks for the combos. On top of that, the drinks were wrong. Gotta be pretty incompetent to mess up an order this badly. I can understand why this location has so many 1 star reviews. Also seems like management doesn't care if these errors just keep on continuing. read more

I think had had too many beans and it made me have explosive diarrhea and it was good but nasty

This was a standard Taco Bell. I went through the drive thru and had no issues. My only comment is that Taco Bell can get really expensive now. I spent $47 for 3 people. Note to anyone getting the chicken quesadilla, the sauce is spicy. It's good but spicy. At this price point, I think going to an authentic Mexican spot is more worth it. If you're trying to make Taco Bell worth it, take advantage of their combos! They had a $7 combo when I went but I really wanted a quesadilla so I didn't choose that one. They also have a crème pineapple frozen drink. It was pretty good but it melts fast read more

the enchirito was hyped up by cartman and it ended in betrayel. I bought the enchirito, enamored by the delusion of eric cartman, and how he gloated about the joy it brought. it did not bring joy. it brought destruction. it looked like a taco, covered in red sauce and melted cheese. I bite into it, hoping for flavor and richness. it brought merely sadness. it looked as if corned beef and onions were stuffed into the taco. the onions felt undercooked, and I had bite into something stiff. what was that, I do not know. I merely know the apparel of deceit this business had brought me. I threw it down into the trash, half eaten. I can't fathom how unbelievably.. bland this was. Mystery meat and everything. never again, Taco Bell. never again. read more

Experience from 4/5/2024: Seating available, and it's bright inside. Good service and good food. Clean restaurant Here are some things I am liking about Taco Bell: The food came with deliciousness but without the grease, and it came with reasonable pricing. My order from 4/5/2024: Medium Pepsi Bean Burrito No onions Extra cheese Chips and Cheese Sauce It's all for $9.42, a bargain indeed. I came in between 12 pm- 1 pm, and there were spaces available in the parking lot. Here are some ways you can order your meal: - via mobile app - via mobile website - via the kiosks inside Yes, you can order for dine in or take out. I've been following a lot of YouTubers, so i finally tried their food. i wasn't really impressed. Management was kind of rude when i was asking what their new items were? They don't take orders. You have to do it by their food menu app in the restaurant. I'm glad my cousin was here and did it because i knew nothing about that, and he didn't even like answering questions. So the burrito, taco the bell grande i give it all a three now the avocado chili was very good i give that a 4 star. If i want something cheap and fast,i would definitely come back, but i would rather go do a Taqueria place and get the real deal Mexican food. lol I had pictures, but I accidentally deleted the photos of what i ate. I have to say the place was very clean, which i like and my cousin said the bathroom was clean. read more

Closed 30 minutes early. I walked 15 minutes to get some Taco Bell and they locked their doors 30 minutes early and didn't even come to talk to us. After knocking for 10 minutes I finally got someone's attention and they said "we're closed" then walked off. I ordered off doordash instead and the food got to my house before I even finished walking back. One staff member was sitting in a booth on her phone not even working. Slowest Taco Bell I've Ever Been To I usually don't mind waiting a little for food, but this location takes it to a whole new level. Every time I order whether inside or through the drive-thru it's a painfully long wait. I'm talking 20+ minutes for a couple tacos. Staff don't give updates, and there's no sense of urgency even when there's a line. By the time I get my food, it's barely warm. I love Taco Bell in general, but this location really needs to figure out their speed and organization. read more

I'm unsure what kind of Taco Bell you are running but all your employees are rude and then when you try to get help from them, they just ignore you. Even your assistant General Manager is really rude. And I'm not just saying this is the only time I've gone. I've gone to this store five different times and each time I've had a rude employee either in the drive-through or the front counter and then nobody wears a name tag so you can't even see who's in charge and then you don't even know who's telling the truth and then you can't even report the people who are the one being disrespectful so it's like you can't even do anything about it I can't even try to get a contact for the General Manager. read more

Date: Saturday, December 23rd, 2023 Meal: Late Dinner for 2 people Time Ordered: around 10:45pm Time Ready: around 11pm How Ordered: via Taco Bell app How Picked Up: Drive Thru *Crunchy Taco ($1.89) *Beefy Melt Burrito ($2.59) *Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito ($2.69) *Burrito Supreme ($4.99) *Chicken Grilled Cheese Burrito ($6.19) *Crunchwrap Supreme ($5.79) *Mexican Pizza Combo: Pepsi Zero Large, Mexican Pizza, 2x Taco Supreme ($10.49) I rarely ever get Taco Bell. Even tho I adore their crunchy tacos, I find most locations out of the way and the drive thrus tend to move fairly slowly. This location is on my way home from SJ to SF, but it suffers from a slow drive thru line. Food and service were fine. Just tell them you placed an order thru the app and grab your food at the window. One complaint I have is they never give me enough taco sauce. I always ask for the max of Fire and Diablo thru the app (which is 25 each), but I'm always shorted. What can I say?! I like drowning my food in hot sauce! Convenient location if heading back to SF from the South Bay. I just wish their app had better incentives for coming here. I might grab Taco Bell more often if so. read more

I ordered online delivery from this Taco Bell location today. I purchased the following: 1. Three crunchy tacos without cheese, but added pico de gallo. 2. Burrito Supreme 3. Cheesy double beef burrito When I opened the bag, I noticed both burritos were on top of the tacos. I could see the tacos smashed. I took out the tacos and opened them and they were nothing but mush. What a waste of money! I am very dissatisfied. I am not sure if I will be back to this location, because this is the second time this happened to me. From reading the other reviews, I can see why people are hesitant to eat at this establishment. Here is a picture of the two out of three tacos. I could not even open the other one. I went here around 6:40pm on Monday this week and ordered from the drive thru at this Taco Bell because the parking lot was full. The line for the drive thru was long (probably because everyone is trying to keep their distance right now and don't want to order inside). I ordered their new Triplelupa box and asked for "hot" sauce packets. Whenever I go to Taco Bell and ask for hot sauce packets, the employees usually give me the wrong one. I was worried this location would give me the wrong hot sauce packet, BUT they didn't! I'm so glad this location got it right! Anyways, enough about the hot sauce packets; the food quality here felt better than their other locations. It feels like they stuff your tacos and chalupas more than other locations. I'd recommend this place! They have a small parking lot AND a drive thru if you don't want to go inside, which most Taco Bell in the Bay Area don't have! The food was good too. read more

Always ask for a receipt!! Taco Bell never gives you a receipt.... why?? Because they like to donate to the TB Foundation without your consent!! When I finally asked for a receipt, I saw a donation charge. (Sure, it's for a good cause, and usually less than a dollar -- but still. They NEED TO ASK, first.) Prepping food or washing their hands? Is it with the pink mystery fluid.? denying people or animales water on a hot day or any day is cruel, sick and evil.
