The food here is OK. My car was getting an oil change up the block so I decided to eat inside for the first time. There's free wifi and you can order in Tagalog at 10:30am. The staff are nice elderly people. My order was a breakfast Jack sandwich $3.29, sausage Jack sandwich $3.69, hash browns $2.69 and an iced coffee $3.39. Knowing the little breakfast sandwiches won't fill me up, I ordered two. Food tasted OK. The restaurant was clean and it wasn't busy. read more

Margaret the manager was extremely kind when taking my order and giving me my food. She was such a gem. Jack in the box is superior to all burger fast food places when it comes to price, taste and portion sizes. I got all this food for $7, can't beat that. read more

Jack in the Box - Junior cheeseburger kids meal and two tacos - Fast Food Near Me - Daly City, California

This location has been engaging in deceptive pricing per my experience today nickel and diming customers without their knowledge unless someone like me reads the fine print and questions them on it. I ordered #24 on the menu the Supreme Sourdough Combo which clearly shows $7.49 on the drive thru menu board. When the cashier rung it up on the register the price was $8.29 before tax. When I asked him if he could honor the price posted on the board he stated he couldn't. This is clearly fraud being perpetrated on the local community. This practice is clearly wrong and should not be supported. I've already sent a complaint to corporate. If you experience the same don't let it go and get cheated. read more

The staff at this location is always chill. Crew must either be getting paid or fed well lol. Whatever management is doing, keep it up.

This is my go-to spot for any time of the day. It's a lot easier to order now, especially since they have a mobile app now. This place gets busy, but the people who work here keep it clean. People who work here are nice and helpful. They do not ignore you like sole fast food places. If you're here for breakfast, I recommend the french toast sticks or the meat lover's burrito. I love the hash browns as well. You already know for lunch or dinner you need to get an order of tacos, curly fries with the combo of your choosing, and buttermilk ranch. read more

What came first the chicken or the waffle? When it comes to the savory and sweet combination, it's either the chicken or the waffles who are the star of the show . At this Jack and the Box I think the waffle came first since the waffle sticks were tasty dipped in syrup and the chicken was also good. I got the savory and sweet treat as a promotion for the new Deadpool & Wolverine movie coming out. I also enjoyed their onion rings . As dessert , I ordered the Oreo milkshake which was delicious. This Jack and the Box gets a 3.5 stars. Skip Wendy's and Burger King, Jack and the Box has better waffles and onion ring read more

I ordered here last night and it totally ruined my perspective on Jack in the box. My wife is pregnant and we got food from the store and it was during night time. When we got our order I noticed the tacos we ordered were split in half and it's as if they scraped off the meat. 1- my wife did not get her food and 2 - it makes me think that the place is not at all sanitary. I had to throw away my food due to the experience. I didn't bother eating my sandwich because of that whole situation. read more

I got my food from the drive thru. Little bit of a wait about 10-15 minutes so not too long. There's so many people who come here late at night. I ordered the angry monster tacos and jalapeño poppers. I love the size of the tacos because monster tacos are huge. The monster taco cover is in a Halloween themed Jack decoration. The tacos I ordered were supposed to be spicy but tasted like a regular taco. The poppers are cheesy and have a nice kick to it. read more

Uncooked chicken, meat was still pink. Makes me throw up. Now I am praying that I won't get any bad health from it tomorrow. Total health hazard. Service was good but if food is not eatable and hazardous like this, it is totally unacceptable. Photo doesn't show much pink but in real life, the meat is a lot more pink and you can tell that it is not cooked at all inside. read more

Jack In The Box is one of my favorite restaurant chains, and has been for years (remember the commercials with Rodney Allen Rippy?). I don't know how they've been able to continuously expand their menu to the point where you can get breakfast for dinner and vice versa! THIS is the main selling point of Jack In The Box for me. And also Curly Fries. :-D I usually use the app (absolutely one of the best fast food apps out there!), collect my food at the Drive-Thru, and chow down in the parking lot. But from what I remember of the inside, it's cozy and has a readily accessible soda fountain. Since I order from the app, my food's always ready when I reach the Drive-Thru window. The staff has always been polite in the years I've been coming here. My food's always been cooked-to-order, except maybe one or two times when I got some lukewarm Curly Fries, but those are rare exceptions to the rule. I may have just talked myself into going to this Jack In The Box this week, heheh! read more

This JIB is clean, and the employees were very nice. I ordered Jack's Munchie box, and it's more than enough food for one person. The curly fries were hot, and the burger was juicy. The soda machine had over a dozen choices, which I thought was nice. read more

Please have the people that prepare food do only that. I watched this lady touch everything from freezer doors, fry rack handles, buttons on the microwave, buttons to fry the fries to throwing away stuff, all with the same pair of gloves to fry tacos put the cheese and the lettuce on the tacos, touched the onion rings to drop in the fryer, she got some kind of a salad from the fridge and her fingers had to fix the lettuce in the bowl. Just unsafe and unsanitary. Change out gloves, there should be extra boxes everywhere. read more

Food was mid-honestly not very fresh (I've had some pretty good luck with jack so I do have a high standard) I have been here a few times but don't think I'll be going back anymore. It's just not giving. They did forget part of my order and by the time I got home I was too far and it was just not worth going back. It's already a 10 minute drive to get to this location (it's the closest) so imagine how cold my food would be if I went back and also gas. It just was not worth it. read more

Our usual Jack in the Box was closed, so the roommate stopped by this one to grab us dinner. He arrived home on Saturday, July 28th around 11:30pm. *BACON ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER *SPICY SRIRACHA BURGER *JR. BACON CHEESEBURGER x2 *JACK'S SPICY CHICKEN WITH CHEESE *SEASONED CURLY FRIES *STUFFED JALAPEÑOS *MONSTER TACO x2 *NACHO MONSTER TACO Yes, all the food above was a late night dinner for two. What can I say? We are fat a$$es! I'm normally good with just a monster taco and curly fries, but the roomie also got me the sriracha burger, a nacho taco, and the stuffed jalapenos to share. (He likes the jalapenos from here cuz they're not stuffed with cream cheese.) All items were the standard Jack in the Box offerings I'm used to. Make sure to ask for lots of ranch and taco sauce if that's your thing. I always make sure to ask. Glad this location is open as the one I usually frequent on Hickey & El Camino is now closed. read more

I'm so grateful for dropping by to this location tonight! We recognized the filipina lady who saved my mother's life 3 weeks ago outside the supermarket when my mother passed out and she was the one who first noticed what was really going on then she ran rapidly to catch my mom's head before she hit her head on the street curb where we parked our vehicle and gave my ommi a gentle pressure over her chest then she helped me to carry ommi at the back seat and waited for few minutes until the situation became better before she left us! She's a savior! read more

Are here this past thanksgiving 2022. Bought the $8 meal boxes for myself and some friends. They had the cheeseburger version and I had the spicy chicken nacho sandwich. Boy was that a mistake. The guy at the drive thru was quick to say "nope" to some questions - I get it, you don't want to be there. Not that big of a deal, as poor service is somewhat expected. The kicker is - I got FOOD POISONING from the spicy nacho chicken sandwich. I was inkling something was off since the sandwich wasn't piping hot, but rather like warm. Despite the feeling I went ahead and ate it. 4 days later and about 15 bathroom trips and 10 bottles of Gatorade, here I am writing this review. Maybe just my luck. Eater beware. read more

I recently visited this JIB and I was incredibly impressed by the level of service and professionalism provided by the general manager. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this location is led by someone who truly cares about both the customer experience and the team. The restaurant was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient. What stood out most was the general manager's attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything ran smoothly. They were actively engaging with the team, ensuring that orders were prepared quickly and correctly, all while maintaining a positive and calm atmosphere. It was evident that the GM fosters a culture of teamwork and excellence, which reflected in the staff's attitude and work ethic. Very kind young man! The GM also took the time to personally check in with customers, ensuring satisfaction and making sure everyone felt valued. It's rare to see such hands-on leadership in a fast-food environment, and it made a real difference in the overall experience. read more

I just went through the drive-through about 15 minutes ago. I asked how fresh the fries are and I was told by the employee that they would make fresh fries. I was excited; however, as I drove away I realized the large box was half full with cold tiny fries. Cold is not fresh. The fries were not worth their price. Train your employees better. Do better. read more

Tacos no longer as filling, while the taco shells are much harder. There's a "no loitering" 30-minute time limit to stay though they don't impose it. This location is smaller than it seemed. The drive-thru's "one-way" exit has a lane for the pickup window and another lane for cars to bypass. However, it faces School Street at a 3-way intersection with El Camino Real. read more

We were actually defrauded from your store. We live in AZ and haven't been out of the state since 2022. Certainly not to Daly City, CA. Someone hacked the silly password for the app, placed a $57+ order and requested delivery. When received a confirmation of order from the app to your store, we immediately called the store to notify them we had not made the order and we were out of state. We were told by a staff member that the food had not been delivered yet, that he'd contact the delivery and get it stopped. None of that happened. The order was delivered. We can't afford eggs; we sure the shit can't afford $57 for fast food. When we called the SECOND time, the staff member put the phone down in search of a manager. Another staff member standing near by exclaimed that the same thing had happened "last week". It sounds like this might be a problem for both your store and the chain. We have the full name, address, phone number and order details of the person who made the fraudulent order as well as the store details. read more

The low review is solely for the service. Walked in at 7 on a Saturday night. Took a few minutes for the staff to take my order even though the lobby seemed pretty dead and drive through screen showed they had 2 customers. I use the app for great prices, specials, and quick service. This place has their stuff together when a bearded guy (Ricardo??) is working. he recognizes my name from the app order, knows my orders (easy ice, etc), calls me by name. sometimes he's on the drive through speaker, at the window, or at the counter. seems to have it all together when he's there. if he's not the manager, he should be. some of the other staff seem scattered... the food is always hot and fixed the way I asked for it. read more

Matt was at this JITB for 2 straight nights after he got off work. Matt, who doesn't do fast-food often, was here just for the milk-shake for the 2 nightly visit. After an exhausted 10 hour shift, this JITB has a drive-thru, and Matt was daring enough to order his meal thru the rough neighborhood's fast-food restaurant. Matt was in the holiday-spirit, so he ordered the Egg-Nog Milkshake the first night. The regular size Egg-Nog shake was ok for $2.49, but Matt was better off buying a bottle of egg-nog from a corner-store. The second night, Matt ordered the Pumpkin-Spice Milkshake. The Pumpkin shake was better and tastier than the egg-nog one. Both of the shakes were topped with Whipped-cream and a Marachino-Cherry on top. How cute!! Matt drinks the milkshake as a meal-replacement and was good enough to crave his appetite. Just a reminder, coming to this JITB is a little suicidal at night, so beware!! read more

Back in high school my friends and I were here at least twice (sometimes three times) a week for an after school snack. We always got the $0.99 tacos but sometimes we'd be extra big fatasses and order curly fries, chicken sandwiches,and/or cheeseburgers. They do make your tacos on the spot unlike the location in Geary Street (over priced too). I think eventually they started recognizing us. These people are awesome because one time they were having the free taco giveaway and we had 4 people in the car. We ordered 8 tacos and we didn't have to pay a cent. They didn't even question or mention anything when we rolled up to collect our food. Sometimes the drive thru is a bit backed up so they have you pull over to the side for a quick second and they'll run out to give you your food when it's ready. I like coming here because the people are easy to work with, the food is cooked when ordered, there is always plenty of parking, and the service is better than average. They didn't even give us a weird look when I asked for two cuplids* when we were getting our food in the drive-thru. * I use the cuplids as a ketchup holder when I eat in the car for my fries. read more
