This place is a gold mine. You try it once and you'll be hooked for ever. This place always satisfies! Do not hesitate to come and try this place out. You cannot go wrong with any flavor or topping. It's fun to experiment and try different combinations. I recommend trying the Strawberry or Taro since it's their 2 most popular flavors. [Update 6-30-15] The Shaved snow isn't so flavorful no more. They seem to have water it down. :( Also I tried their yogurt ice cream couple days ago and it's so water down too, but they have quite some nice flavor to pick from. My rating went from 4 to 3 stars... :{ ----- Their shaved snow are tha BOMB! I went with my friend and we got the coconut and taro flavor and it's really amazing! The snow melts in your mouth and it leaves this sweet flavoring aftertaste. It make me crave for it! Also taste much better than some places I went that have shaved snow for sale. I would have given this 5 stars but... the plates given for the snow is a bit sticky and make the snow stick to it. That's the only thing I hate about it. :/ But.. they have changing color spoons! One each per bowl though.... :( Anyways I recommend having the flavor you picked with passion fruit and green apple jelly on the side. It's tastes really good. Unless you're not a sweet a tooth, then never mind. Tip: If you want a bowl instead of a plate, ask for it as a take-out. They would put it in a bowl for you with a closing lid. Love this place. It's very nice and clean and the staff has been friendly and given me pretty good service so far. Has been coming here since they opened and I love thier shaved snow, it is the best! And they are the only yogurt place in fresno that serves shaved snow. I only come here for the shaved snow because it is so far from my house so I can get frozen yogurt anywhere else if I wanted froyo. Anyway, I think it is a bit pricy here for both yogurt and shaved snow, but that won't stop me from coming here for their yummy taro shaved snow!! :) read more

Let me just say...shaved snow!! The best thing ever! It was so delicious!! Even though it was freezing outside, it was the best decision I made today (lol). It's such a cute little place! We were immediately greeted when we walked in. The employee was very helpful. It was my first time there, so I wasn't too sure if I wanted froyo or shaved snow! I ended up choosing the chocolate shaved snow with hot fudge drizzled over it, strawberries and brownies as my toppings. The brownies were too sweet. The chocolate snow was just perfect! And the strawberries were a nice touch with the chocolate! Sooo yummy!! I just wish this place wasn't so far away! But I will definitely stop by whenever I'm over that way! it was absolutely awful. The workers were so incredibly rude like beyond rude to me and my best friend. We were waiting in line and the family in front of us said "oh you guys can go in front of us" so we got to order and the worker says "get in the back of the line they were in front of you" so we move to the back of the line and then the family in front of us walked behind our table so we tried to social distance so we went in front of the table and again the worker said "Go behind the table." I have never experienced more rude employees in my life, it was honestly awful. We ended up not even ordering and leaving because of this incident. read more

I give it 2 stars because the yogurt and location is good. It loses 3 stars because of the customer service. I went in with my 2 little brothers and weren't even given a hello or acknowledgement by the 4 high schoolers working there. We were the only customers in there too....... when we went to pay, I could barely here the girl talking..... I work in customer service, and they sucked ass!!!! All in all, get workers who actually aren't quiet, and get more cheerful/ talkative people who aren't afraid to talk to strangers. read more

The shaved ice is more like shaved frozen yogurt! Delicious!! The flavor was strong and oh so yummy. I find it odd that the signs are so far apart. They have self serve frozen yogurt also. The signs for each are on the opposite sides of the store so it's easy to walk right past the shaved ice which is the unique item that should be their focal selling point. The young girl said hi when i walked in but i had to ask what the shaved ice machine was for. Shaved ice is misleading. The "ice" already has flavor. It's nothing like a snow cone shaved ice. It's a must try. I didn't try the frozen yogurt but I'll be back. My only complaint is that there is a lot of white in the store. Keeping all the white crisp and clean is a large job at which they are failing. The trash can could use a fresh coat of paint and the chairs a good scrub. If it was spotless like In-n-Out i would have given them a 5. Easy fix which I hope they do. Nothing like eating something but looking around and feeling like it's dirty. read more

It's was okay, the portions are fairly large. I kind of wish they had a few other toppings that I normally get on my shaved snow though (i.e.: red bean, mochi, etc.) but not bad! We came for the snow and were not disappointed! I had cantaloupe with mango and strawberry poppers (love these things!) Along with condensed milk for the top. The flavor was just like a ripe cantaloupe, and the consistency was unlike anything I'd ever had...like a cross between real snow and cotton candy. I came across Jojo's Yogurt through Yelp when searching for shaved ice places in town and noticed they served shaved snow which I have been dying to try so I went in with my boyfriend one day. They have many flavor options, syrups, and toppings to choose from and needless to say both my boyfriend and I were thrilled with their options and customer service! The frozen yogurt is the best we've ever tried no their shaved snow is heaven on earth so far our favorites have been: green tea with condensed milk and their coconut with pineapple syrup! I give this establishment 5 stars based only on the shaved snow. I live all the way on the other side of town, but, because of all the great reviews, as well as interesting pics, I thought I would give it a try. After all, they certainly do not have shaved snow on my side of town. Of course, I did not know what to order since it was my first time there. The clerk at that time was very helpful. I opted for a large ubi shaved snow with condensed milk on top and mocha topping on the side. I must say that out of all the "sweets" places I have tried to date this place has to be on the top of my list. It is way too bad that it is located on the other side of town for me. Since my first visit, I have been craving for to try other flavors, especially the thai tea, which, according, to the clerk, is a new flavor for the shaved snow. I will, definitely, be back to this place. I just do not know when since I have to make a special trip out of my way. By the number of people who ordered the froyo while I was there, I can only guess that it is good. I was the only one of the 8 people there eating shaved snow. I came in and was greeted which was nice. But I noticed they did not wipe down the table that my party and I had sat at. There was a big spill on the table and it was not busy when we got there. I waited for awhile and none of the workers seemed to noticed that the table was dirty. They were just standing around the counter pretending to do something. So I decided to clean the table myself out of frustration. When I ordered I asked for a small green tea flavor shaved ice. The girl brought my order to the table and it was a small lychee flavor shaved iced although the order was not correct. I said it was fine and I'll keep it although I told her I ordered a green tea. Instead she insisted on taking the shaved ice back per her request. Upon returning back to the counter the two workers decided to exchange some not so nice words about me when it was not my fault. She mentioned that I was stupid when the order clearly said lychee. When I clearly said to the cashier I wanted a small GREEN TEA. I have always had wonderful customer service here but today has changed my mind about some of the workers here. They had those fruit poppers which is great because not many places I've been to so far offer it unless it's run by Asians. Anyway, very busy place but staff keep it running smoothly. Let me tell you, this is definitely my new go to dessert place in Fresno especially since it's starting to get hot. The Italian shaved ice is INCREDIBLE! It so flaky and literally looks like colored snow. The small was definitely more than enough for me and it was only $4.25. I had Nutella with caramel drizzle. That was definitely our favorite! My fiancé had strawberry with caramel drizzle and his brother had pineapple with strawberry drizzle! They were all amazing! I told them next time I want to go in and try avocado to see if there's anything there that's not good. Another plus was it wasn't too heavy like ice cream or frozen yogurt which was great so I didn't feel so terrible walking out afterwards!
