The pineapple chunks are really good but almost too many chunks of pineapple (basically like eating frozen chunks of pineapple). The bars were pretty fairly priced at around $2-3 per bar, so getting 4 water-based ones cost $8-9. My biggest issue with this place is that customer service is spotty. When I came in the first time I was not greeted (though others who spoke Spanish behind me were). And most annoyingly is the paleta bar is near the back and so most people are getting sundaes and ice cream near the front so staff will actually serve people who come behind you if you don't assert yourself and say you got there first. There needs to be a better system logically.

The hours are on the front, and they are open until 10pm nightly with 11pm on weekends. There are lines on the weekends, they move pretty quickly. The decor and seating is so cold and terrible. The ice cream itself makes up for it! My kids like that the menu has photos along with a description of the ice cream, they were able to make their own selections without my help. Its also very intuitive and shares what the scoops look like. We got the monster shake and it's HUGE! The kids got the medium and it lasted them two days (it's a good size) with two flavors. I ordered the same thing and ate it all :-) it's a wonderful spot to try seasonal, new and existing flavors of yummy ice cream. There is something for everyone.
