They left trash and a mess behind and damaged my appliances and actually tried to hide it by covering it with duct tape. They set up a saw in my front yard and left dust and debris everywhere without cleaning it up.I have had multiple issues with my new floor. Cracks, sliding boards, board ends separating, parts coming loose, some baseboards were not even replaced at all, and bowing and flexing soft spots as well.I had to call Mark the owner and have repairs done over and over. When I pointed out the soft and bowing flexing floor in multiple locations he said that was normal. I have discussed this issue with other professionals and they have informed me this is definitely not normal. What was done was a sloppy job.It disgusts me that he won't admit any wrongdoing here. He never even apologized for all the issues. Just pretended like everything was fantastic. This was a very bad experience and the finished product was not worth the thousands of dollars that I paid.
