When our bids came back, Pedro's bid was 60% less than the cheapest other bid. We saw his reviews on Thumbtack and decided to go with his bid. We are so glad that we did. The other bids wouldn't have allowed us to put hardwood into our family room, but Pedro's was within our budget. We had a specific look we were looking for and he did it. He responded before the job to all inquiries promptly and he did the same even after the job was over. He started and completed the job on schedule. He worked hard and paid attention to details. He communicated extremely well during the work too. We had a previous refinisher that left swirl marks in the hardwood. No swirl marks now. I HIGHLY recommend Pedro and his team to anyone that needs hardwood flooring refinishing or installation.

Stayed late - came early the next day and definitely had the "whatever it takes is what I'll do" mentality. Quality professional work focused on the outcome and not focused on how fast they could get in and get out. They were all very helpful and kind even when we had changed our minds last minute on where we wanted it installed. I was able to get a really good deal especially for the quality of the carpet. It is the softest and most plush carpet I've ever felt. Anyways I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely be going back for when we do other remodels throughout the house.

They left trash and a mess behind and damaged my appliances and actually tried to hide it by covering it with duct tape. They set up a saw in my front yard and left dust and debris everywhere without cleaning it up.I have had multiple issues with my new floor. Cracks, sliding boards, board ends separating, parts coming loose, some baseboards were not even replaced at all, and bowing and flexing soft spots as well.I had to call Mark the owner and have repairs done over and over. When I pointed out the soft and bowing flexing floor in multiple locations he said that was normal. I have discussed this issue with other professionals and they have informed me this is definitely not normal. What was done was a sloppy job.It disgusts me that he won't admit any wrongdoing here. He never even apologized for all the issues. Just pretended like everything was fantastic. This was a very bad experience and the finished product was not worth the thousands of dollars that I paid.

Seth Lambert did remarkably top-of-the-line craftsman work as he worked whatever magic to strip far too much wear and erase it entirely. What did I love best? Customer education. Attention paid to every single concern, question, request, including breaking the work we needed done into two jobs, several weeks apart (who can manage at-home living with a newly finished hard wood floor in the hallway outside bedrooms?). The company's people not only sent a detailed estimate that included everything we asked for. Not only will I call Lambert Hardwood Flooring again, I gladly recommend them to discerning homeowners.

We have a large, but oddly shaped master closet and want to have a nice closet to match the rest of the house. My wife and I went in the Kaysville store and the lady in the office came out and asked if we needed help. We said yes and she said she'd sent a guy up to help us. they had a tape measure on the table so I asked if I could use it and she said yes. I started measuring different closet items and heights to see what would work in our closet. After a couple of minutes, the lady came back to us and was extremely hostile. She told us we couldn't measure anything as it was propriety information. She was very disrespectful to me and my wife. We then told her we didn't want to do business with them if that's how they treat clients. When we got out to the car my wife's feeling were so hurt and she was so embarrassed she started to cry. I went back in the store to explain to the lady her actions were unprofessional and inappropriate. she didn't apologize but only justified her behavior. It was a horrible experience and we won't be using them on our home or any of our projects.
