Not only did they not show but when we called them they had no record of an installation for us. (We had the sales person write the date and time on our receipt so we knew it wasn't us). We were rescheduled for an install the following Monday and were told the installers would be there between 9 & 9:30. They did not show and we received a call later telling us it would be between noon and 1:00. Received a call after 1:00 telling us they we're at the shop loading, by this time we had appointments which they said they wouldn't be able to have the carpet installation done in time for. After having moved items out of rooms twice and then having these guys not meeting any dead lines they committed to we had enough and cancelled our order. Went elsewhere for carpet.
