Our carpet has ripples all over and needs to be stretched out. Apparently they only waranty the installation on carpet for one year, which wasn't a big deal but the guy was an Ass with her the entire conversation, before he even knew what was going on. The company has new owners I guess from when we had our carpet installed, maybe they just didn't want to deal with an old job? Who knows, but there was no reason to be so crappy with customers.
