The morning of, they called and re-rescheduled for a few days later due to a personal reason. Ok things happen, we are understanding. Three days later and we stay home all day waiting for them to show... nothing. No response, no communication. It's a weekend so they don't get back to us until the following Monday, when they say they were "slammed" and couldn't make it to our house. I understand things can get busy, but the decent thing to do is communicate that you won't be showing up. So then they reschedule us for the following Monday a week later, today. Same story, no show, no communication. Three times. We have been living in a giant mess for a month. TNT Cleaning is very unprofessional with terrible customer service. Needless to say, they have been fired. Will not be using them or recommending this company to anyone.
