One day you wake up and cannot login into your account or see your balance or pay any of your bills. These theives then will not provide answers or help you. Using a faulty fraud detection system then disconnect you from your own hard earned money and will not give any recourse. You will get very rude people like bridgette who wont help you. The only course of action you have left is filing a complaint with CFPB asap and let CFPB force these thieves to provide answers. Thank god for CFPB. Without such regulatory federal agencies these thieves would thrive on stolen money from customers. Never make these your primary bank. Avoid at all costs.

When I came into the St. Francis location, I met with Kim, who was super nice and helpful. She followed up with me multiple times over the next week to keep me updated on the status of my accounts. Once, when I brought in a large cashier's cheque from an out-to-state bank and needed to use the money promptly, the staff was able to call that bank, then "bend the rules a bit" and shorten up the time that they needed to "hold the deposit" until the paperwork cleared. This credit union provides excellent support (at a great price) if you need expert tax preparation, too. The ONLY complaint that I have about this credit union is that they do not offer "medallion services" if you have been mailed a form to prove your identity to some "big time" financial institution like Franklin Templeton. But for this issue, there was an easy work-around. They still get 5 stars.

I have never been treated by ANYONE IN MY WHOLE LIFE like I was just treated today, 12/18/21. We went into the Franklin office for a simple transfer from my IRA to our checking account. The first officer could not open the required transaction forms on his computer so he asked his associate to help. This has already taken 15 to 20 minutes. As we went over to her cubicle, he put his coat on and left early. Coincidence? I think the whole thing went south we she asked me why I was asking for the withdrawal/ transfer. She didn't like my response which was because it's my money? She never explained that there are certain categories the form requires the request be assigned to. And the transaction went down hill from there. Next we were told that because it was a weekend, the transfer was not real time and would take place on Monday after she faxed the documents in. FAXED? In this day and age? Are you kidding me? FAXED!! So we were given the choice of waiting 10 minutes for a printed fax confirmation or we could go without it. About the time when I asked her if she could email the confirmation to us we were told no, and asked to leave her cubicle and eventually the building because she didn't appreciate our attitude. So, we left and I'll bet you anything, when we check on Monday, it will not have been done. Ms. DD you don't have the temperament to serve your customers in a competent or professional manner. Quite frankly, you would be better suited asking people if they want fries with their burgers. Maybe you could handle that! We will see if you transferred OUR money on Monday and then start looking for a new bank! Hopefully one that promotes competency and demands employees prioritize great customer service. This Chase branch has no concept of that!! They don't deserve your business!

I have a savings and checking account, and this location in particular is comfortable, spacious, friendly, and the workers are funny and sincere.
