It was quicker and easier than most traditional methods and that should have been the red flag I paid attention to. Then after two years of a solid payment history I was laid off and called to see what my options were. Apparently I didn't accept unemployment insurance, so they have nothing to help. I asked about postponing payments for a few months while I found a new job, any kind of programs for veterans, anything. I was told "I can look into it and call you back". That was Friday, 2 months ago. Since then I have emailed the "customer service rep" showing on my account multiple times asking for them to follow up. Crickets. Still automatically drawing payments without any follow up. They just want their money or for you to claim bankruptcy on them it seems. My advice, even if you're completely strapped, avoid this place. They exist to churn out bad loans, there's no compassion for good people, and they won't help you if you need it.
