Aweful. Their agent waited until the last minute to renew a policy and then sent paperwork for me to turn over other policies to him. When I refused, he stopped answering calls, texts, email as well as the entire company. My business was forced to shut down until we could get a different policy elsewhere. That agent said he's never seem something like that in 40 years of insurance. Horrible quality of care and extortion. The new agent tried to get a hold of the owner, but still nothing. read more

I've had my commercial policy with them 8 and a half year. I had a terrible experience after my business was sold. They just turn their back on and do not want to help out at all with any of policy questions. Strange bills came and I had to call directly to the insurance company to get answers. They will do whatever to secure policy but won't do anything after that. read more
