I own a small business and when I met Carol I had been with my previous agent for 15years. I…read moretrusted that she was getting me the best rates. Boy, was I wrong! Carol wrote up a side by side comparison of my then policies and what she could offer me. Apecs gave me more coverage for almost half the price! So then you may be thinking "you get what you pay for" and that I may be in trouble. No. Two weeks after signing with them I had my catalytic converters stolen off two vehicles. They were replaced within a week. I had a fire because of some idiot in my building--taken care of again--Immediately. I also ran into a car with a Uhaul. Again, taken care of. Then I had a tree fall on my truck two weeks after buying it--taken care of again. No issues. But the thing that gets me the most is that when I had an issue which my insurance wouldn't pay (a mechanic causes damage to my vehicle), Carol listened to my venting, advised me as to how to deal with it. Without her help, I would've been stuck paying a $7000 repair or having to sue the guy. She went out of her way to help me and I am so grateful. She knows what she is doing, got me great rates with phenomenal coverage. I feel well taken care of by Carol and her staff at Apecs and tell anyone I can about her.

After 1 month of nothing done on my taxes and the owner telling me he needed "certain documents", all that I supplied weeks prior, I picked up and left with about 6 days left to file. I found Victory Creek in Franklin. Knowing I was way late, I told them my situation and previous horror story. I only asked for an extension and an appointment perhaps months out, as they were very busy, BUT they insisted I come in immediately to see what they could do! I was assigned to Aleshia. We met, I told her my story, probably included a few choice words about the other location, and she saw no issues with any of my paperwork AND I had them completed and filed before the deadline! Aleshia is great. She understood, she was not a "stuffy" tax person (sorry all other tax people), very relaxed and guaranteed the timeliness of her work. For me it was never about "money back or owed" it all is about the process. Go to Victory Creek, Ask for ALESHIA.
