Went in for a specialized service as a non-member. Even though there were only 2 of us in line with…read morea third already being served, it took more than 20 minutes to get help because there was 1 banker working both the interior line and the drive up window. Despite there being at least 4 other (male) employees present, the 1 (female) employee was multitasking the interior line, drive up window and phone calls. Seems like a poor way to manage a financial institution. I had considered opening a local account with this bank, but decided definitely not after seeing their inefficient operation. Aside from long wait, the gentleman that greeted me to help was quite professional, friendly and provided excellent service.

Thank goodness, the outside Phone Reps have patience, and can solve any issues that the inside bankers screw up! They totally screwed me on one account (livid)! Yes, talked with four outside Reps on the phone in four diff departments to solve most issues. Unfortunately, one issue is non-reversible and all history was erased !!!!! I give, the four outside phone reps from each department a 10/10. Unfortunately, the inside rep who screwed up my accounts, gets a "0". Do not bank here, unless you want to spend 4-5 hours on a phone call trying to fix inside banker issues! The inside bankers lack experience in listening and setting up accounts. They need more knowledge, than to go ask another person who is also clueless. I will be closing all my accounts. Please do not bother to reply with an Ai or prewritten reply that is not an apology. No one wants to read random baloney!!!
