So I call a different bank because my dad tells me I just need my two forms of ID. And this other chase bank tells me that I can use two forms of ID to take out the cash. So I call the chase bank on Morgan to speak to someone else and tell them that the other chase bank says I need only two forms of identification. And this man says that I still need my debit card. And I ask why does the other bank say different. And he says "that's just what that teller wants." So I can customer service to get to the bottom of this and customer service says it's okay to have two forms of IDs. And sorry that this Morgan and 76th street bank does not know what they're doing. I call the Morgan bank back and say customer service says I only need two forms of ID and all of a sudden they change their made up policy to oh now you can bring in two forms of identification. Please don't waste my time or anyone else's with not knowing how to do your job.

Once, when I brought in a large cashier's cheque from an out-to-state bank and needed to use the money promptly, the staff was able to call that bank, then "bend the rules a bit" and shorten up the time that they needed to "hold the deposit" until the paperwork cleared. This credit union provides excellent support (at a great price) if you need expert tax preparation, too. The ONLY complaint that I have about this credit union is that they do not offer "medallion services" if you have been mailed a form to prove your identity to some "big time" financial institution like Franklin Templeton. But for this issue, there was an easy work-around. They still get 5 stars.
