Any amount over that, the customer has to come back a different day. First chat/call, rep insisted the $1500 limit was from the paying account & not from ECU. So had to call that institution & they told us no, it was on ECU end. Called ECU back & finally got them to admit the $1500 limit was on their end. Asked them to change it... no, they wouldn't change it. 'Why can't you just do it across multiple days?' Another issue. I have POA on the ECU accounts but they could not provide me with a separate login for the account. So I don't have access when they prompt me for 2FA. I had an account with them in the past but moved it when they messed up. Had to file with the IRS (recharacterize tax year) to get the problem corrected. Go elsewhere.
