There must not be much turnover because we've been going there for just over 3 years and Jason and Carolyn have been there helping us every year! I feel like this is so rare and this place is such a gem. They're awesome. Just so friendly and helpful. It's nice to have a doctors office where you can trust the doctors AND the staff. My husband and I get eye exams there and contact lens exams as well. They take insurance but they also can see you without insurance. The cost for an eye exam without insurance is $60 and the contact lens exam is $120. We've gotten glasses there in the past and they're always reasonably priced. I also get my colored contacts from them and my insurance covers it just like any other pair of contacts! How fun right?? The office is great because they've always let me try on the various colors (amethyst, blue, gray, green, hazel... the list goes on!...) and then I order with confidence. They're super accommodating and patient. They never get pushy with sales or finances trying to make us spend more money. They're so respectful! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Life Changing. If you're hesitant about LASIK, read this first…read more I've worn glasses and contacts for over 36 years and now in my 40's I have 20/15 vision! I'd considered getting LASIK for years but instead of making an appointment to get more info, I'd do the usual and make an annual appointment at my eye doctor usually spending around $1000 for new glasses and contacts that would last until my next appointment. Not this year...I received my annual eye exam reminder and knew that if I didn't do it now I never would. I set up a zoom appointment to learn more about Lasik vision correction and I'm so glad I did. It's been an awesome experience every step of the way! The staff member answered all of my questions and set me up with an in person appointment to determine if I was a candidate. At my in person appointment Judy was great at explaining everything. She took pictures, measurements, and checked my vision. Then the doctor examined my eyes and reviewed the results of the tests and determined that I was a candidate for lasik. Yay!!! The front office staff explained everything and got me set up for my surgery and follow up appointments for the next week. I actually had the option to have my surgery that day but my husband wasn't able to drive me home afterwards. The day of surgery, they rechecked my vision, had me sign off on paperwork, and then it was time! The surgery itself isn't long. I was taken back to what I'll call the "zen" room. It was dark with a comfy chair. I had to put on a hair cover and wipe my eyelids off with a wipe they provided to me. I closed my eyes and relaxed for a few minutes then they called me into the surgery room. They checked my eyes again, asked again what I was having done, and had me lay down on the chair. They placed a pillow under my knees and made sure I was comfortable. The staff explained everything they were doing as it was happening and made me incredibly relaxed during the process. The doctor also let me know everything that was happening during the actual LASIK procedure. It was a very quick process and I focused on my breathing and staying relaxed. There was no pain. I think the hardest part was knowing that my eyes were being held open. I wanted to blink, lol. As I saw the red and green lights I could tell my vision was immediately improved. Each eye took less than a minute start to finish and as the staff helped me sit up, I was in shock that I could see without contacts or glasses. It was a bit blurry but I could see without using either. The doctor checked my eyes and explained the next steps. As my husband helped me into the car I started crying. Yes, they were ugly tears. Not because I was in pain but because I realized how life changing this is. It was the first time I saw the world without glasses or contacts and it wasn't just a blurry mess. We got home and I followed all the directions for the next few days. There was some pain for a couple hours after the surgery but it wasn't unbearable. It was totally worth it! As I write this, I just had my follow up appointment and my vision is 20/15. Thank you to all the doctors and staff at Lasik Plus and Lasik Vision Institute! If you're on the fence about making the decision, don't hesitate to make an appointment so you can find out how Lasik could change your life!

Went home after having a new back glass installed for 106USD to find out that - Front Camera is not working -power button is slightly stuck -no sound - volume buttons aren't working -phone started to get really hot so I disconnected it from charger Went to the shop this morning to sort out the issue, and the technician there attempt to fix what happened with the phone and the only option I had to accept him replacing the original spare parts with non-original spare parts An hour later went to the shop to find the phone in pieces with the fire extinguisher on the desk and the battery seemed melted Had to speak on the phone to 2 of the managers where one of them was trying to manipulate And twist the facts saying the glass is fine but they are offering to fix the phone , I demanded a refund for the service I paid for and have them repairing the phone as they were the ones who caused to damage due to poor installation After a lengthy talk and haggling I was offered to have the glass they installed removed , having a refund paid getting the phone fixed at their costs which I agreed to Mins later I was told this is not possible and I can only get either a refund or have them fixing my phone , they even refused to replace the device So I had to bear the loss with them Not taking ownership of what happened , I agreed to the refund and took back the phone which is now literally a piece of metal I am believer that mistakes could happen but it is how they handled it , their manipulative and twisting techniques in dealing with situations like this I'll be writing everywhere about them
