I recently had LASIK and have been evaluated by three separate ophthalmologists who measured my vision at 20/15 and described my results as excellent. Here, I was told my vision was 20/20 and was still encouraged to purchase glasses. More concerning was the communication: I repeatedly explained relevant information, only to receive responses or recommendations that directly contradicted what I had just said. Overall, I left questioning the quality and attentiveness of the service I received.

My fears were immediately put to rest by the professionalism and concern that they have for their patients. The pretest gentleman explained every step of the pretest procedure and was very competent. The next step was the exam by Dr. Newman. She was the best!! She was the epitome of professionalism. She explained everything very thoroughly, gave me options, she showed concern for any questions that I had. The store is lucky to have such a wonderful doctor. They re-ordered my lenses and believe it or not the second frames had even more scratches.
