I dealt with Candy in the office to make the arrangements. She was wonderful as well. She communicated with me and went above and beyond to make them available around the counter install. I needed a 30 amp plug installed at our garage to plug in our camper. I contacted this company…read morethrough Yelp, and Joe called me back promptly to schedule a time to come by. He surveyed the situation and gave me a quote, then returned a few days later to do the job. Unfortunately, once he got started on it, he realized that what appeared to be the correct wiring between the house and garage was not sufficient to carry the current needed for a 30 amp plug. He was very apologetic, but I appreciated his honesty and that he didn't go ahead and install something that wouldn't be any better than the 125 volt extension cord I was already running. He refused payment for his time spent, and even switched out a faulty light switch for us before leaving - again at no charge. I will definitely contact Joe again when I need work done.

He didn't show up for the initial appt., and rescheduled for the following week- even then he was an hour late. We discussed the repairs and he said he would email an estimate. After hearing nothing for weeks, I reached out to him and he said he would have it by the end of the week. The following week, I reached out again and finally received an estimate. From there on, I would hear NOTHING from him unless I initiated contact. Then the excuses started.. I dealt with this man for three and a half months, with him ghosting me the entire time. At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.

Chris's office called to inform me the materials that came were damaged and would have to be reordered. After that I called for updates several times over months. The office person was nice but finally I asked if Chris would call me to maybe plan another approach to this job but no call. A month went by and I again asked for a call and none came. Not sure who dropped the ball on this job but I am disappointed! Considering that I really like Chris and have had a good experiences with his work in the past, I'm giving two stars.
