We paid 5,200 dollars. Something wasn't right and water was backing up in the sink now. The ground has been very dry for weeks and the water still won't drain properly. Rick never came by to see what went wrong and won't return any calls. This speaks volumes! He does NOT guarantee his work or the guy he sends out. If it's something he can't handle fixing then he will ignore you. This is the attitude of a back yard plumber not a professional. I will retract this review if Rick ever does decide to come and see what Josh did or didn't do that caused the problem of water backing up into our kitchen sink now.
