Had this lady taken the time to browse around, you might have found some good prices. As for the little old lady, she was talking to it may have been Mrs Williams I assume, the owner. She wore a hearing aides. Had the lady slowed down, you would have found this lady to be one smiling happy lady who would have been happy to help you with good prices. I am not related to the Williams in any way so my review is covering a span of 50 years off an on an my father bought all of his electrical needs when he built his apartments. She never even looked up. I would have thought her dead but the phone rang and she answered it! She looked right at us! So since then we have found companies who actually want our money. Recently we went back to select sconces for our bedroom. The items we ordered were not in stock and delivery was delayed four months after purchase. The sconces were not as we envisioned. When we returned them, within one week of receipt, we were told the 60 day return policy starts on the day they were purchased not the day they were received. Although not listed anywhere on the paperwork or order we were told it does appear on the website. Crazy policy, as how is it possible to determine if the item is acceptable prior to receiving it.
