She wore a hearing aides. Had the lady slowed down, you would have found this lady to be one smiling happy lady who would have been happy to help you with good prices. After second time of contacting company sales associate returned call and stated that some of the appliances wouldn't not arrive until July and that wasn't set in stone. when I questioned her about the items supposedly being in stock she became defensive and stated that she never said that(she did) and that if I wanted a refund I could do that. I explained to her that I've been waiting 5 months and if I cancelled now I would have to start over somewhere else. Unbelievable
