When they arrived the main dude was a douche bag. Then he randomly made us pay a fee before he can even do anything (which was $600) just for him to open up our breaker box and say it's blowned (which I already knew). Then we told the woman on the phone that we had cash and they didn't have change so I had to pay an extra $50 for their crappy service. Recently purchased a fixer-upper that needed everything done in it to include but not limited to: new outlets, existing outlet relocation, new lighting, relocation of existing lighting, minor re-wiring and trouble shooting of some other things. Technicians Bobby and Justin arrived and were so incredibly friendly. Our job was a multi-day event. They were clean and professional yet personable. I have no experience with hiring an electrician for anything else so I'm not sure if their pricing was good or not but I feel the price was fair for all that was done. This was one of 3 companies I had initially called for a quote. Precision is the only one who returned my call for an appointment and I felt like I could trust them. Two services for the price of one. They took care of my electrical need and tore me a new butthole. The guys who came to my home did an efficient and professional job. But. The price they quoted me at the beginning changed when it came time for me to pay them. Beware. They initially quoted me a price and I signed their ipad, however I did not see the quote I was signing. I simply saw big blank signature box and signed. Lesson learned. They did the job and when it was time to settle up, the price jumped up $900. When I questioned it they said well you signed the quote. I did not have the money. I would have not agreed to the price had they been upfront in the beginning. I called their office the next day and complained. The complaint went to a supervisor that said he would send it on to the manager. Never heard back from the manager. Mind you I had the purchased the supplies for the job myself. They simply installed. They deem themselves at very high regard. They are charging rates of an Attorney. Unless you too feel the need for a new butthole, I would recommend that you just don't call this company. read more

I had a very specific electrical job i wanted done.. all i needed was the proper outlet hooked to the existing wires for my mother's electric stove wire. I could NOT get a quote on this one thing on the phone, as other people have said its a $60.00 service call and if you do not hire them to do the job you are out $60.00 they put on their little boots walked a few feet inside my mother's kitchen sat down and ten min later they hooked up the stove outlet.. over $200.00 I was Livid.. this job should have cost me 100 at most... I will never have them in my home again.. I also don't care for the ad making fun of the way country people talk.. I don't care if jethro Bodine comes to install my outlet as long as he don't rip me off this badly.. read more

The first time they came they charged me $268. But I called them back because their repair failed immediately. The second visit cost $517 and also soon failed. The electrician said they only guarantee the grounding rods they installed. There will be no chance to fail a third time and steal my money. This is the worst place to go if you need electrical services. All I needed was a diagnosis and for me to tell them if I wanted them to fix it or not. 60 service fee and 209 dollars later I now have one new outlet. Outrageous, they were suppose to tell my wife the diagnosis then she was going to tell them whether or not to do it... they proceeded to just go ahead and do it and didn't even say a word until it was complete and it was time to pay...absolutly would never use this company ever again... read more

Precision's electrician came to handle a breaker that would not reset. In the process, he told us the old Federal Pacific breaker box was problematic and a fire hazard. We knew of problems with this brand and asked him for a quote. Their quote was over $3,000. A couple days later he called and said the city electrical inspector would not approve the job unless all the outside equipment including meter box, service pole were replaced and an outside cutoff switch installed. New cost now exceeded $6,000!! Totally uncomfortable with the price we called an independent electrician we knew who told us that price was totally out of bounds! Further, prices for this work should be in the $1700 - $2000 range. A highly recommended independent electrician did the job for $2000 in one day - their work was neat, they completely cleaned all debris inside and out and we're more than happy with their work. read more

This company is Horrible!!! They came to give me an estimate on changing out electrical service. $59.00 for him to look and tell me how much they were going to charge me for the work. I said ok. $3200 to change my 100 amp sevice box out with a new 100 amp box! A few days later I called and had to cancel because a family emergency came up and I couldn't afford it. I called and told Shelby. I called Alex ( service tech). Then a day later John called and said I owedbthem $150 for electrical permit, $179 restocking fee, and $179 processing fee! What?!!! I paid for the estimate and they haven't done anything else. They charged my credit card. Yes!!! I am fighting rhis. I have called BBB, my attorney, and credit company. Richard and Austin of Precision Electrical came to our home on Oct 21 in response to our call about a breaker problem. Not only did they replace the defective breakers but repaired a defective junction box, a fire hazard. Precision responded quickly to our call, these technicans were professional and courteous. First, let me state that the guys who came to the house were great. Nice fellows and did everything right. The power was out in our shed and we had no idea what the cause could be. We haven't been in the house all that long. The $59 service call fee is reasonable. The $105.00 fee to push a reset button on an outside outlet was taking advantage of our stupidity. The service guys said to call them if we had any more issues with it. Yeah, right. The more we think about it, the less inclined we are to ever call them for ANYTHING, much less, to give their name to anyone who needs an electrician. I guess we helped pay for the fancy paint on the vans and the big billboard ads. read more
