We made the appointment for the installation, and their office manager (Michelle) called before the promised date to ask if they could start earlier which was fantastic. The installation crew showed up at the expected time and got to work. They did an excellent job, left no trash behind, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Michelle, the office manager kept us up to date on the financing, warranty and installation. Team showed up and installed the unit, including increasing size of ductwork to meet specs (at no extra charge), in about 5 hours. They were friendly, courteous and kept us informed of their progress. Although the unit is expensive, it seems to be a very good deal when the full 10 year warranty and no interest financing is considered. It ran fine but the problem came back the next day. I had done what he hold me and it narrowed the problem to the control board. He ordered the part one a friday, it came in and was installed saturday. I feel he provides excellent service at a great value. He went the extra mile checking the wiring for its entire length for possible breaks. He also got is an interim solution that reduced our misery due to heat and humidity significantly.
