I'm a worrier and a perfectionist by nature, and this being my first home purchase turned those tendencies up to 11. He didn't show up for the initial appt., and rescheduled for the following week- even then he was an hour late. We discussed the repairs and he said he would email an estimate. After hearing nothing for weeks, I reached out to him and he said he would have it by the end of the week. The following week, I reached out again and finally received an estimate. From there on, I would hear NOTHING from him unless I initiated contact. Then the excuses started.. I dealt with this man for three and a half months, with him ghosting me the entire time. At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.
