Bobby and Kimberly Mays took advantage of my elderly sister, who is a disabled Veteran on a fixed…read moreincome. They did a great job with her plumbing issue; however, Bobby Mays gave her a sob story about how her insurance took too long to pay, and he really needed money now. He started commenting on things in her home, saying her new TV was nice and somebody could sell it for "a lot" of money. He then told her his electric bill was overdue and he did not have heat, and because she felt uncomfortable (threatened), she paid his electric bill on her credit card. She also wrote a check for $340 to his wife, Kimberly Mays, because he "couldn't wait for the insurance." Obviously, I recommend you find another plumber in the Tri-Cities, TN area. UPDATE: 18 DEC 2019 - Bobby Mays visited my sister again, and managed to get $200 in cash from her. When they came back a third time, she did not answer the door. AND, I found out they did NOT complete the job, but made the situation worse. She has hired a new plumber who stated the previous work on her pipes made the situation worse, and all he can do now is to fix it.
