Now someone has reported this business as closed. Prices significantly above market. I can see $75 for being unable to unclog a drain but not $250+. If they would have refunded it, then it would've been done. The van said Simple Man something on the door. It's not difficult to change the name of an LLC, so who knows? I won't be using Yelp to find a service again. Word of mouth is reliable and that's how I got the drain fixed. For $100. First and last time for me.

Contacted my regular plumber (not Cox) and found out he was out of town on vacation. Finally called Cox after 5 pm. Was pleasantly surprised when he answered the phone. He had other jobs already scheduled but was able to come by on Sunday afternoon. (I had shut off everything I could think of so the leak had stopped. Was afraid it was the toilet by the kitchen.) He was able to arrive an hour earlier than he expected which was great. Long store short... he was able to diagnose the actual problem (wasn't the toilet) and the issue was resolved. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable. Nice guy and the cost was actually less than I expected for an emergency weekend plumbing call. Hope I never need a plumber again but I would definitely use Cox Plumbing again.
