They would not so much as offer a refund due to a supposed "policy" after spending $300 on a check up service for them to BREAK the unit when it was fine prior. Every year the freon needs to be filled and one accuse or another is used. This year I'm told the unit was installed poorly and the area of the leak cannot be fixed without lower the unit. the service man said the office told him to fill with freon and leave, The service man said that was not right and returned the next day with four men to lower the unit and repair. Needless to say the unit is still not working properly, and I was charged $1600. I have a call into Rick Millsap the owner and he has not returned my call.
