We made the appointment for the installation, and their office manager (Michelle) called before the promised date to ask if they could start earlier which was fantastic. The installation crew showed up at the expected time and got to work. They did an excellent job, left no trash behind, and made sure we were completely satisfied. They were very respectful of our property and took the time to completely explain how the system worked. You couldn't have asked for a better experience from a company. A few things to consider when going with climate controllers. When I called them It took a while for them to answer and this was in the spring of 24. By the summer going into fall I finally got someone to discuss the project. It took another couple months for the tech to arrive. After discussing the details of the project we came up with a plan of action and I requested a quote and he said he would send it when he gets back. Never got a quote and called a month later to follow up and the lady who took the call said she would find the quote and send it, never got it again. Called again another month later, talked to the owner and he said that he didn't think he could do the project. This was obviously new information so I asked why and he said he would send me an email describing the reason why after he checks his notes (so I guess needed time to formulate an excuse), but he never sent me anything again. All the while I was planning and building all the specifications that the tech and I discussed when he came to the house. So you can imagine how frustrating it can be when everything I built and demolished is now no longer applicable. I did get frustrated with this type of service and of course was met with a plethora of excuses. So If you go with climate controllers just expect poor communication, mismanagement of expectations and of course the layering of excuses. But who know maybe if you can survive the preemptive merry-go-round there maybe a good service to be had, or their service is just like everything I am describing, delayed with no follow through.

Let 3 messages last week to ask a question and no return. Today paid them $208 for a line modification and since they were not able to fix the outside unit asked to check the attack and although I asked them to be careful, one of their young employee was not careful and had his feet through your ceiling. I am glad that he is okay but instead of wait to talk with me they just drove off and after call twice and ask to talk with the owner have received an unreasonable email. I try to support local firms but this type of pos sale is extremely poor. Waiting now for first American claim resolution, but based on that management style I do not want this company in my house anymore.
