I personally could have ordered the part for a little over $100. To add on to that they ran a "mandatory" diagnostic on my car even after i knew what was wrong and 100% DID NOT ask them to run. After, i decided to just replace the part myself and get my car towed home due to their pricing being unrealistic. They said that I would still have to pay them the diagnostic charge of $200 DOLLARS! This company is greedy, has unrealistic pricing, and is not willing to work with customers who are low on funding. DEFINITELY don't recommend.

Generally speaking, when I am at the store/shop, everyone is friendly and professional. On the phone, the service techs have provided what I perceive to be good advice. So, it's not that the facility isn't nice, or the staff isn't friendly. It is, and they are. I *want* to like them, but in person - they just seem to fall short. As these guys do have the reputation for being a solid business (maybe based on sales and not service?) I will continue to use them when necessary. They just need better follow-through. I'll be happy to change my mind and update this review if and when they do.
