I said I needed a break light fixed rq while I waited. the guy behind the counter grabbed his jacket and followed me outside. I personally could have ordered the part for a little over $100. To add on to that they ran a "mandatory" diagnostic on my car even after i knew what was wrong and 100% DID NOT ask them to run. After, i decided to just replace the part myself and get my car towed home due to their pricing being unrealistic. They said that I would still have to pay them the diagnostic charge of $200 DOLLARS! This company is greedy, has unrealistic pricing, and is not willing to work with customers who are low on funding. DEFINITELY don't recommend.
