No bodily injuries thankfully however the bumper on our car wasn't as fortunate. After some Yelpsearch, I was very impressed with the reviews from Haas Collision and Glass. I contacted them for an estimate and was asked to bring our vehicle by. This happened to be a cold winter day when we arrived. I believe it was Patrick came outside to greet us. Took pictures of the damage and a picture of our VIN number. We never had to get out into the cold. He told us he would send us an estimate in a few days. True to his word we received our estimate. Hass worked with the insurance company for the individual that hit us. We scheduled a time to drop off our vehicle. A few days later when we picked up our vehicle, I have to say it looked like a brand new vehicle. The bumper looked perfect. Overall a great experience that did deliver customer service that was second to none. They gave me a free quote that was a really good price and came to my house to install the glass. They took really good care of my truck during the install and the glass is perfect. Unless you want your car to rust and your windshield to leak! the average safe lite technician has less than 6 months of training. After having a terrible experience with safe lite. I called Glass Masters and Robert showed up within 24 hours. After we got to talking it turns out that he is a certified body Tech and he's also certified with the autoglass safety council.
