It seems patients are overbooked in the mornings, which creates unnecessary delays. At that point, it would make more sense to schedule me for 10 AM, yet I was told there's no early morning availability. I was referred here by my attorney, but unfortunately I will be switching care. There doesn't seem to be an understanding of how appointment types vary in time--whether it's a first-time evaluation or a follow-up. Not every visit can realistically be treated as a 10-15 minute appointment, especially when multiple patients are scheduled at the same time.

His calm self-confidence immediately put me at my ease, and his office staff is friendly and equally competent. Thankfully, due to his expertise in Targeted Therapy, my cancer has gone into remission, although I still see him on a regular basis for maintenance therapy. If you have to have something as awful as cancer, try to see the gentle, and genteel, Dr. Robert Ruxer.
