She and I shared very special moments and stories of our kids. I loved the fact that they even did your lab work right there and X-rays, Mammograms and all other special radiology services could be done directly behind them at Insights. No consideration for scheduling appointments. I had a 9:30 AM appointment, arrived 10 minutes…read moreearly, and wasn't called back until 45 minutes later. It seems patients are overbooked in the mornings, which creates unnecessary delays. At that point, it would make more sense to schedule me for 10 AM, yet I was told there's no early morning availability. I was referred here by my attorney, but unfortunately I will be switching care. There doesn't seem to be an understanding of how appointment types vary in time--whether it's a first-time evaluation or a follow-up. Not every visit can realistically be treated as a 10-15 minute appointment, especially when multiple patients are scheduled at the same time.
