I have always found him to be engaging and genuinely concerned about my healthcare needs. Due to scheduling conflicts, I also see PA- Katie O'brien on occasion and I have found her to provide the same excellent level of care. The MyBWS portal has always worked perfectly for me. It is a great one-stop shop to message providers with concerns and get prescriptions refilled, new appointments, general answers, etc. We are strictly a BWS family and only see BWS providers. Their ER is substantially better than the other choices in Fort Worth's medical district.

I was really hoping this office would work out. Dr. Rogers is very kind, empathetic, and…read moreunderstanding. She is a great primary care physician. Her office is clean and comfortable. I really liked her. I appreciated that she has early morning and Saturday hours. However, it is almost impossible to communicate with front office staff. I needed a PA for a prescription and was told it would be done the next day. I followed up with my insurance, who hadn't received anything, and reached back out to the office. I had a hard time getting through on the phone and voicemails/portal messages went unreturned. Eventually, I got a hold of someone who said it would be done that afternoon, but it did not, so I was back to square one with communication. This process repeated over and over. It took several weeks to get my PA, which would not have been a big deal if they had just communicated with me. Unfortunately, the communication difficulties were too frustrating and I switched providers.
