Upon my first visit there was another female doctor named Karen Grant and I felt more comfortable with her because she was more close to my age. She and I shared very special moments and stories of our kids. I loved the fact that they even did your lab work right there and X-rays, Mammograms and all other special radiology services could be done directly behind them at Insights. With the office being right adjacent to All Saints and other major hospitals. Now that I'm back with my long time doctor it's good to always know and have a good back up...:()

I have always found him to be engaging and genuinely concerned about my healthcare needs. Due to scheduling conflicts, I also see PA- Katie O'brien on occasion and I have found her to provide the same excellent level of care. The MyBWS portal has always worked perfectly for me. It is a great one-stop shop to message providers with concerns and get prescriptions refilled, new appointments, general answers, etc. We are strictly a BWS family and only see BWS providers. I really liked her. I appreciated that she has early morning and Saturday hours. However, it is almost impossible to communicate with front office staff. I needed a PA for a prescription and was told it would be done the next day. I followed up with my insurance, who hadn't received anything, and reached back out to the office. I had a hard time getting through on the phone and voicemails/portal messages went unreturned. Eventually, I got a hold of someone who said it would be done that afternoon, but it did not, so I was back to square one with communication. This process repeated over and over. It took several weeks to get my PA, which would not have been a big deal if they had just communicated with me. Unfortunately, the communication difficulties were too frustrating and I switched providers.
