I talked to Taylor she was so sweet to me and got me in as soon as she could. I had to fill out some paperwork on my phone and sent it back during Covid. I got to my appointment like 10 mins early and got in exactly the time she promised me. I did have to sit in my car until they texted me and said I could come in. I had my temperature taken and was asked a few questions before going to the chair. It was a painless experience that was nice. I had a few xrays and then the dr came in explained to me what my options was. The only thing that hurt was the shot but I'll take that. I never felt him taking out a tooth. I was a new patient (and from out of the area) and therefore I expected the typical routine of having to go through a full examine, consultation, x-rays, etc. This is what usually causes me to 'put-off' going to the Dentist. Although I understand the necessity, sometimes I feel it's just a bit much and overwhelming. I had a small need/concern with my tooth and Robert Hodous took me right in, addressed and fixed the problem.
