Then they said because of how they billed my insurance (in a way where they get more money of course) I would have to pay a $100 Deductible despite the cleaning being the EXACT same as a normal cleaning, which Insurance would cover in full. Then they kept trying to upsell me on some laser cleaning nonsense as well as trying to nickel and dime me by trying to charge me for fluoride and things. THEN they tried coming back a month later and saying I owed $200 MORE for xrays, which I told them I wouldn't be paying. It's clear this company is just a dental chop shop where they just try to cram as many people in as possible, and bill them in a way where they they can extract every last penny possible. The fact that that I had to pay $100 for a NORMAL cleaning, despite it being covered by insurance is outrageous. Avoid this place at all cost.

After a week or so of looking into it I found out they called my wife behind my back and coerced her into making a payment with them for the full 270 amount. They lied and told her it was for her previous appointment because her insurance was messed up. Very unethical business practice to intentionally deceive husband and wife patients against each other in order to get a bill paid for a couple hundred dollars. Will NOT be going back and looking into options to get this resolved in other ways.
