Stacey did a terrific job of cleaning my teeth as well as making some brushing recommendations. So did Kara; she is one of the most knowledgeable dentists I've had and is so personable that I was very relaxed and actually looking forward to seeing her and the rest of the wonderful staff in six months. Then another month went by and it went to 270 dollars with them not getting back to me on my original inquiry about the first bill. I was a little busy at that point and it took a month or two to follow back up and I asked for visit dates and insurance billing history cause I was going to look into it. After a week or so of looking into it I found out they called my wife behind my back and coerced her into making a payment with them for the full 270 amount. They lied and told her it was for her previous appointment because her insurance was messed up. Very unethical business practice to intentionally deceive husband and wife patients against each other in order to get a bill paid for a couple hundred dollars. Will NOT be going back and looking into options to get this resolved in other ways.
