The dentist himself is great. Was everything I was looking for. Unfortunately their schedule is VERY full and they often cancel appointments and need to reschedule appointments that you had to make months in advance. It might be worth it for the integrative approach, but getting any sort of timely care was truly almost impossible. When I tried to address my concerns with a recent appointment needing to be rescheduled (again) on their part that I made almost 75 days in advance because it was his first available , I received a text saying "we are sorry we cannot accommodate your schedule." I went in for an additional treatment consultation and that is how I found out my upcoming appointment was overbooked. The treatment I needed was a timely need, the dentist agreed but once I was placed with scheduling it was going to be over 45 days to get in. I just wish this was an expectation set when I started. It feels like they have just taken on too large of a patient load. read more

I was VERY HAPPY to find a dentist with so much knowledge about important modern dental procedures. I also find Dr. Johson and his staff to be extremely empathetic and well informed, I have done quite a bit of research about dental procedures because I knew I needed some serious work done. Dr. Johnson and Integrated Dentistry Clinic was the dentist I was looking for! I have had some badly needed dental extraction surgery (and I don't take extraction lightly!) two weeks ago. I was very pleased with it and Dr. Johnson and his assistants. I am due to have some more work done next week and feel that I am definitely in good and safe hands. My son has accompanied me to my two appointments (initial one and the surgery one) and he, too, is very pleased with Dr. Johnson and his assistants. read more

I had a really great experience my first visit with Dr. Johnson. During our first visit we were pitched the idea of a insurance co-op (where cost is shared between people with healthy low cost mouths and people who need more done) with the other patients in the practice. They were very interested in my husband and I doing this before I had been examined and told my husband all about it. Then they examined me and we spoke about my gum line and my gums receding on a few teeth. I was told it would cost $5000 per side out of my own pocket to get this done. I need this so I was saving up to complete this. We were considering the insurance plan because we thought it would offset our cost a bit. Weirdly they never contacted us about the insurance ever again. Then came my second appointment... I'm so upset right now!! After seeing Dr. Johnson in September for a routine cleaning I had a small problem with what I think may be an gum infection after a cleaning . It went away but came back again in a few months time so I made an appointment. This time I had some billing questions since he is an out of network dentist for my plan (just so I wasn't surprised by cost) I didn't have a problem paying the difference for someone I liked and the first experience was good. During my visit with the hygienist they literally told me to find a new dentist (as I was sitting in the exam room!! ) The hygienists and the office manager said they really don't like dealing with insurance and I should find another clinic. I was totally embarrassed. Then I asked to speak to the dentist and maybe clear up any confusion about me paying out of pocket for the difference which I had no problem with. I still wanted to be seen at this point. I was told he had gone home for the day even though there were still patients in the office. This office is VERY money motivated. I obviously thought it was just a regular dental practice and not a cash cow for a group of people who didn't want to be inconvenienced. So disappointed. The whole insurance thing seems like a scam looking back on it. Hopefully they aren't being dishonest with the older generation and charging them unfairly. STAY AWAY. read more

I decided to visit Dr. Johnson at Integrated Dentistry after many hours of research on the internet. I have known for some time that I needed to have old Amalgam fillings removed and some other dental issues but was worried about the cost. Dr. Johnson was able to explain things to me in a way that was clear. The procedure was done quickly & pain free. I couldn't be more satisfied! I highly recommend Integrated Dentistry.
